The wait time is just too much...I understand that they need to keep the drive thru moving but to penalize customers who chose to walk in for a pickup doesn't make sense. We ordered three drinks and by the time the last one came the other two people had finished...so much of it was about waiting to get the order rather than catching up with friends over coffee.

Got our drinks via the drive through on a Tuesday around 10:30 am. All were cold special orders and were made correctly. Time in drive through was appropriate for order. Only complaint, and a minor one, two of the three straws were broken, so a little difficult to use to enjoy our drinks.

Went through the drive-through ordered four drinks two cake pops and a pumpkin bread had to wait 20 minutes for it in the drive-through. then forgot one of the orders one of the drinks that I ordered which was the hot caramel macchiato first drink I ordered. Very disappointing when I brought it to his attention he said oh I’m sorry I didn’t catch that , so why didn’t he ask if I wanted to re-order it or anything no he just said I’m sorry I didn’t get that that’s your order . very rude !! will not be going there again you should get that person out of the drive through he apparently can’t take orders correctly!! I drove up to the drive through at 650a and the menu sign was off it was black so I drove to the window. There was a car in front me. As soon as it drive off I went up to the window the girl was talking to another coworker. I waited a minute then tried waving her down then honked. I did that for a few minutes. Then I see her take an order and she comes to the window. I told about the blacked out menu wasn’t sure what was going on so I drove up. This girl told me well I have an order already so you have drive around and literally closed the window and walked away. I stayed there for about a minute she came back looked surprised I was still there. I told her I will not go all away around. I just want one coffee. Can I get that please. She told me I was holding up pursers that are in line. There was nobody behind me those few minutes I was trying to wave her down. Horrible staff. I’ve never been talked to like that it was unprofessional and rude. The girl straight up lied in front of me to the staff lead and said There was nobody there after that last order which was BS. I was there literally I was there after the car drove off. Get this I was told the sign has been like that for over a year and “everyone” knows to still order ?. I said so I’m supposed to No that. ??‍♀️

Pros, very friendly workers. Drinks tasted like they should.Cons, drive thru is trash. They forgot to add an ingredient but were kind enough to add it to our order once we caught the mistake.

This Starbucks is the ABSOLUTE BEST in San Antonio! Everyone is so kind and the drinks are always on point. Keep up the good work y'all ??

SO SLOW. You will be late to work. The date is January 13 and it is 6:48 AM. I have been in line since 6:20 AM and I have yet to order. I called the manager on duty and she said that they are putting priority mobile orders first and they are short staffed. I thought that was very rude. This is the second time where I have waited more than 30 minutes this week alone, just to pick up a drink. Do not bother with this location.You will be late to work. Just go to the one on 151. They are much busier but much faster.

This is literally the worst Starbucks in San Antonio, they are constantly out of food items, they shift hours and close without posting notices and leave cars stuck sitting in the drive through during rush hour. Terrible customer service, not interested in actually being a good store because their name is Starbucks and they rely on the brand.

Although this is a busy area, the location is quite convenient. Great ambiance. Staff wear masks. Clean atmosphere. Just a note - there is a road behind Starbucks you could easy use to avoid main traffic.
