I TRIED! Entirely too long for this location to get their act together. Unfortunately to no avail, I will absolutely drive out of my way for my coffee. The wait time is off the chain! & this was before the pandemic. Not only did the price sky rocket for a BLACK Venti Pike but then I ordered one day & it was watered down. LAST STRAW! I refuse to pay for an expensive cup of dish water. Gave one star because I HAD to in order to give review.
I have been coming to this location at least 3 times or more a week and I will say that every single employee I have interacted with has been so nice. They work really well together also. They work so hard and I dont know how they do it. You have to think of the type of volume they have especially in the mornings and obviously things may happen but they always try their best to make it right. I could never work in that fast environment so I appreciate them so much!
Love the dragon fruit drink so I told my client to meet me there since we both love this drink. They prepared our drink faster than usual. The store is always clean and staff are very helpful.
Came here this morning 3/17/22) only cause it’s close by and I really wanted my Starbucks and as I’m walking up to the counter everyone just looks at me and says good morning and I appreciate it but I’d also appreciate it if you took my order as well instead of just standing around unlike the guy who was supposed to be working the front counter I think. It took him forever to get to me once he wasn’t looking down at his phone. Probably won’t return to this location
Service and products were good but the outdoor furniture is bad. The tables are too short for the chairs so you can't fit comfortably and your drink is practically on your lap. You can't type on a laptop that way.
After a half hour wait I still had not received my drink and was forced to leave due to other obligations I had around that time. Additionally, I’ve arrived to place an order for nitrogen cold brew on multiple occasions, only to be informed they had run out, at which point I leave without placing an order and continue on to better prepared locations.
I love these barista’s they work so hard and they always make every effort to provide me with excellent service. My café mocha hands-down is always made perfect I have yet to find another coffee establishment that makes it better or even as close as Starbucks . Thank you five stars all the way. Not going to lie- I only come here out of pure convenience (proximity to home). I HATE coming here. They always take forever. I always order ahead and get here AFTER the recommended time it “should” be ready- and always have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. FOR ONE DRINK. This happens EVERY TIME not just once or twice. This day was no different. Management either has to add more staff, or train them better to be cognizant of customers wait time.
I’ve given this Starbucks a solid 6 years to get it together but nothing changes. This location is always much busier than others but you will spend a long time in line 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. Additionally, I have waited up to 32 minutes for a mobile order. Unfortunately, their mobile order services have been turned off for the past week making it even harder to get a drink in a decent time. Of all the Starbucks I’ve been to all over the world, this is by far my least favorite. There is another location down Potranco closer to 151 that is much nicer and less busy - give them your business. Unless you desire being in line so far back that you are literally parked on the 1604 access road.
Usually this location updates when in-store pickup isn't available via mobile orders. Today they didn't update it. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew. I like the convenience of parking and leaving with my coffee in under 60 seconds. Tonight I had to sit in the drive through line for 40 minutes after my drink was ready with a screaming 1 year old who hates it when the car is stopped. This also made me late for my daughter's gymnastics class.Starbucks coffee is more than just coffee for me. It is my second wind. It's a brief moment of relief from the work days stress as I take my children to their extracurricular activities. Tonight Starbucks coffee was a source of great stress for me.. simply because their dine-in cafe was closed and it wasn't updated in the app that I couldn't place orders for pick-up in-store.
