There has never been a time, whether I order ahead or go to the drive they/lobby, that I haven’t waited a minimum of 10 minutes. This is the ONLY location that consistently has insane waiting times. I do not understand. It is right around the corner from my house and it’s a shame that I drive an extra 3 miles just so that I do not have to wait over 10 min.
This location never fails to ruin my drinks. I get the same thing, each time and I’ve ordered from multiple locations around town but this is the only location where my cold brew is consistently bland and disgusting.
The young lady that took my order was nice but my coffee drinks weren't. My expresso was half full but charged me full price. And my caramel macchiato was very bland. I got it for an employee, and she had to add sugar and more caramel after tasting. She said it's not normality that bad. So for my first visit, I was impressed at all.
I've been trying to give this Starbucks location several chances to fix the issue of getting my order completely wrong almost every time for the last 4-5 times that I've ordered for delivery. It's convenient as it's right next to me and I like SBux for the most part. I always order one of the hot creme steamers which do not contain coffee or espresso. Yet every time I order this thru ubereats delivery, it has coffee or espresso in it. I've given typed feedback to Sbux thru the ubereats platform, and also thankfully I've gotten refunded by SBux thru ubereats every time. I tried giving them another chance today and ordered a simple peppermint White hot chocolate, which has no coffee. Well thankfully I received this with no coffee or espresso in it but instead of white hot chocolate I received regular hot chocolate with peppermint syrup. It's not too bad but their chocolate is bitter and I just don't prefer this and it's not what I ordered. I was refunded again through Uber Eats but was informed that they might not be able to help me anymore as I have received many refunds through them already. But I don't see how this is my fault as I keep getting the wrong order. I haven't given up on them bcuz I never had this issue before and I'm trying to get it corrected bcuz I've always liked SBux. Seems they like giving me free drinks so far so I guess that's the silver lining. Please fix this SBux!
This is a good Starbucks. I've ordered tons of food and coffee from here. Never have trouble finding parking even though it is very busy. I will say though they can be out of things like potato chips which are probably not too commonly purchased as well as somewhat more common things like cheese danishes, which can be annoying. I dont use drive thru, but imagine their long drive thru lines would make this review different.

It’s a Starbucks. Service is good, staff is friendly but this location can get very busy. Recommend using the app to put in your order ahead of time and picking up. You can park on the street that leads out to Stone Oak Pkwy and walk in. When busy the parking lot is cramped by the backup of the drive through line.
Unremarkable experience; this location wasn't bad, but they didn't do anything to warrant a better review either. Simply average for a coffee joint.
I always love Starbucks.. They give great customer service and the line wasn't long. Thank God..
This location always has a huge line for the drivethru; however, they are on par with chick-fil-a in how fast they get you through the line. Excellent service here.
