This place is the worst… Looks like they take care of the drive thru first before the walk in customer.. What happened to customer service, they look and talk like you bother them.. Don’t waste your time getting off to order your drink, stay in the drive thru it’s faster.. The time I ordered 12:07 pm and 12:22 when I received my coffee.: Dutch brothers or summer moon from now on, faster and friendly…
I just wanted a Hot Coffee to help alevate my pain. I waited 20 mins for my order easily avoidable if they had just asked someone else what I was asking for.Second time i was at cashiers and they asked for help I still had to wait as if i had just ordered my drink. Had i been in Drive thru I would have held up their line.The lady that assisted me ended up making drinks for DT. The one who was suppose to make mine had mobile orders and other walk-ins prior to Remaking my drink. After her 5th drink, I asked for a refund but the one working drive thru said Oh shes working in it now and then proceeded to tell the other worker to make my drink first. After the 2nd or 3rd drink I just asked for a refund again. By this point my Husband came in and asked what was going on.My frustration was showing and he came in to help me.
They let me order a water with whipped cream and they didn’t even charge me for it! Staff is very friendly. best starbucks in texas.
Great customer service! I have been going to this starbucks for years and have never had any issues with them! Ive seen them go from a not so busy location to a super busy location! Just recently, I made a mistake on my part of thinking I placed a mobile order at their location but it was at the shaenfield location and a barista kindly offered to make my order on top of her other orders so that I dont have to travel again when I had no issue of traveling on my part! She didnt have to do that and I truely appreciated it! Best starbucks ever!
Worst location I’ve come to ever!! Cashier lied to my face and said there was gonna be a 20-30 minute wait for things at the bar and the person in back o me got there drink about 5 mins after they ordered!! I was waiting to get a bakery item warmed up!! They had a new employee who instead of helping out they were just getting after and talking down!! So ride and unprofessional especially in front of customers!! They even leaguer at not having items in stock and not trying to help customers at all!!!! WORST STARBUCKS TO COME VISIT!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! CORPORATE NEEDA TO VLEAN IP THIS PLACE CAUSE ITS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!ID GIVE NO STARS BUT THATS NOT AN OPTION!!!!!!
The drive thru line wasn't bad was able to get in and out. The coffee was hot and fresh as always.
Thank goodness I was so tired and tired of myself and my family was sick lol I just feel bad lol I was so exhausted lol I was so excited about it and it wasn’t bad I was so excited lol I just feel bad for her and she is just trying not lol

Have the boxes always carried just a half PB&J sandwich? The apples and carrots were good, not dry or old feeling. Coffee was consistent.
This is by far one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Great service.
