Generally a pretty good Starbucks. The service is fast, the people who work there are super nice, the drive thru has the big screens, and the inside is nice. They have a little porch area too when the weather is cooler. One thing to note is that at some times of the day the drive thru line can get crazy and go out into the street because the parking lot is pretty short.
Stopped here on a Saturday around noon. It was fairly busy as was the drive-thru. The large interior was clean and had some seating as did a covered area outside. The scaled-down post-covid drinks menu was prominently displayed. Your *favorite* beverages are still available. The personnel were really friendly and helpful greeting you when you came in and when you left. Faithful Starbuck connoisseurs and occasional visitors will be gratified.
Don’t ever come here y’all. It’s the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Just kidding I’m trying to keep this location to myself fr. it’s literally the best in terms of the staff working there. I don’t go all the time but when I do the people are so freakin pleasant and charming and nice. I usually go during slower hours typically through the drive through and the people working always have fun light (very brief and short) conversation that always makes me smile. I just fw this location so much. Thank y’all for great service! But seriously don’t come to this location it’s mine.
I don’t leave reviews too often, but I have to give praise to Charlie at this location!! I just came through drive-thru, Saturday night, 10 minutes before closing. He was SO nice and friendly taking my order!! I hate stoping at places so close to closing time, and usually I would not expect a server to be happy about having to make my order when they are just wanting to close up and go home. But he was so nice and friendly, I just had to give him a shoutout! He needs a raise Starbucks!!!
Out of the many Starbucks I have been too, this has been one of the friendliest and best environments. They were speedy and recommended a great drink! It is further than a few from my house, but I will make the trip if I decide to come to a Starbucks!
The girl at the drive thru commented on my Sailor Moon hoodie and that's all I needed to make my day. Stay sweet! I don't frequent Starbucks but today worked out. The line is pretty much always long but I feel that should be expected. My drink comes out the same everytime. Very sweet staff, will definitely make it my go-to location should the craving hit.
I am a manager at Burger Boy across the street and order drinks for my crew about twice a week. Consistently waiting around 30 minutes for 4 drinks is ridiculous. I understand the flow of restaurants and the bottle neck needs to be identified. During my most recent visit, the employee making the drinks for all of us in the lobby left her station to converse with what seemed to be an off the clock employee for about 10 minutes, with a lobby full of people. Got back to my store and 3/4 drinks were made incorrectly. This store needs to be watched and managed clearly in a different way. Disappointing considering this is the closest one to us.
my husband and I come to this location often, and Christa is the absolute best! she is always in a great mood & brightens our day every time!

My Girls have got me wrapped . They love going to this Starbucks. For 1 they do a great job , very courteous all the time. Even when in the weeds they don't sweat. That's a 5 star review for sure. I urge everyone to take sec -n- go visit Starbucks on Bitters/West Ave. . Thank You
