The young man with all the pins on his apron was SUPER nice and very sweet! I didn't get his name but he reminded so much of my son I handed him another pin for Mental Health Awareness month because for me it was a sad day but having him be so nice and sweet to me made up for the sadness I felt at the time. He is a prime example of always treat people with respect because you never know what they are going through.
It was ridiculous. The staff was completely rude. I stood in line for about 5 min before anyone ever acknowledged me. I understand the rush and being busy, BUT, a common courtesy of acknowledgment would have been much appreciated. I was ignored like that twice while I was there while the staff discussed personal opinions and drama that was not work related in front of paying customers. It was completely rude and unprofessional. I will not come back to this location.
Went to get my coffee as I do always every early morning (6:00am) today was a little different here at this location, the guy at the window was very friendly asking how my morning is going and so on,which was different I’v been to a bunch of different Starbucks for so long and not one has ever asked me how are you and how is your day going. Keep up the good work & kindness. Most of all my coffee was delicious.
great service my first time their they where really helpful...
This place has really gone down with their service. I don't know what the problem is here lately, but when our coffee's we're done, they sat on the counter as we waited for our name to be called. The music in there was so loud. The person who was there before us went to the cashier and asked about his order, and left upset. We saw two cups sitting on the counter and we went to ask about our order and the cashier said the cups were ours. I told him they never called our name. He said sorry and walked away as if he didn't mean it. They all appeared to be working with an attitude. Our coffee's weren't hot, but luckily we live here in Windcrest so we took them home and warmed them up. The coffee's we're too sweet and weak, my wife agreed. These coffee's we're not made by Baristas, but rather just plain workers, so we threw them away and decided to try Dutch Bro down the street, and glad we did. Their employees were cheerful, faster service, and great hot coffee. Thank goodness we decided to try Dutch Bro. Starbucks lost 2 customers and Dutch Bros gained 2. Maybe 2 customers might not be much, but losing 2 customers can turn into 100 since Dutch Bros is just a couple of blocks down. They need to change their attitudes and get real Baristas, and also, clean the place a bit.
Super busy location with the drive through that is crazy long but fast. However ordering inside, is a bit slow. It took a good 15 minutes to get a Cafe mocha and a refresher, which normally takes about 6 minutes.
Worst service of any Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited 25 minutes for two drinks. 5 people working. When I asked what the problem was , I just got a shrug and a weak sorry. Then he disappeared. I will NEVER spend money at this store again. P S, 17 cars in line and its not moving.
Listen, THIS STARBUCKS IS CLEAN AND NEAT AND THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY POLITE, the open thing that makes this store head above the rest is they remember you and they greet you with a smile, Quita is amazing she is truly the epitome of what Starbucks stands for!
The staff here seriously need to be retrained.I order the same thing every single day from this location and they somehow always manage to mess it up. (Pictured; first is my regular order, second is what I received today after speaking to three different baristas to clarify what my order was) there’s no communication between the baristas.I’ve previously called to check if they had oat milk, Nathan answers and says yes, I arrive and the barista on the intercom says they’re out. Okay.I used to always order my regular drink in a grande but they consistently put my drink in a venti cup. Okay, fine, I start ordering it in a venti so there’s no discrepancy. Then once I consistently order my drink the way they make it (in a venti cup) the barista starts to short me on milk. I don’t complain or even mention anything the first time but the next time I ask if they can actually fill the cup up with milk (I am still paying for it) the baristas now challenge me on the amount of milk I’m receiving in my cup and almost suggests I order something else. I’m a previous partner, I don’t need to be challenged or informed on my drink. If anyone does, it’s them. I’m not ordering a latte, I’m ordering a quad shot of espresso with milk and syrup. The majority of my drink is not milk, it’s shots. And for them to even challenge me is ridiculous. Annoying. I begin to order my drink in a grande again like I originally did before they consistently upsized me.If they had the syrup available and updated as they should in the mobile ordering system I could avoid the mess of even ordering with them and just order online but I can’t even do that because their items are never updated.A few mornings ago I was in line for 25 minutes, I was two cars behind whoever was at the window, for 25 minutes. The woman at the window did not even greet me or look up. I was astounded. I took my drink said thanks and left. I’ve never had lousier service at a Starbucks before.Today takes the cake of frustration. It’s like they don’t even listen or understand when the order is placed but they run with it anyways and fail to communicate. This is an every day order. At this point I’m battling myself on being disappointed at rittiman or walzem but walzem location is by far is consistently disappointing.
This location used to be on point and had a very well trained and fast crew. Now the crew bickers with each other and customers. It's become very unprofessional. Ordering ahead has been a waste of effort. The drive through is a traffic jam and backed up constantly. There are other faster coffee shops down Walzem.
