Horrible service almost every time I go. I am completely done with this Starbucks. They are close to my office and convenient , but get my drink incorrect every single time. Most days I just accept it and move on but the few times (like this morning) I ask them to correct it I get major attitude and I am over the high priced drinks with the rude customer service.
I do love the coffee and pastries. That is the only reason for a 2. Coustomer service was awful. Yes I get you are busy but a smile or a greeting would have been nice. An acknowledgement that I was standing before the server, I would have taken. I had to get her attention and she had a flat voice like she wanted to be anywhere else. Also when my order wasn't complete I got (insert rude voice) did you have something else? We have been coming to this Starbucks for 4 years and this is the worst service ever.
Almost everytime I order in one way or another my drink is wrong. I order through the mobile app & the whole point of that is to not wait and yet I find I'm waiting for them to correct their mistakes. I realize mistakes happen but everytime they are making mistakes here. I order without ice due to sensitivity to my teeth & I'm shorted on the drink. I pay close to $6 for a drink that's supposed to be 30oz & I'm not getting what they are marketing.Staff most of the time is nice enough. Some seem as if I'm bothering them when I point out the order is wrong. So I guess continue to drive to my fave spot over at IH-10 & Vance Jackson where customer service is on fire!?
I ordered my drinks with extra base. But when I received them I could tell right away that they didn't add the extra base. When I tried to explain it to the guy at the window he stated he had other customers and that he was very busy...rude. I told him that I already paid for my drinks and that I am currently the customer at the window. He then proceeded to grab the drink out of my hand and I handed the other drink to him as well. Plain rude! Horrible customer service! Very dismissive.
Stopped in to pick up an item and got dismissive and condescending attitude. I tend to travel around the city for work and personal reasons and have stopped at a number of Starbucks, never had this kind of experience at another store. Definitely avoiding this location from here on out even if it means extra driving to go somewhere else.

Came here for a macchiato, Juan helped us in the drive thru & was so incredibly sweet! Great customer service, we will be back! ☺️
as someone who has been a bartender and corporate trainer for 20 years,Dez has a heck of a crazy good attitude. This place has honestly never disappointed me. Keep them around, orbit might headhunt them.
I don't go to Starbucks.Their anti-law enforcement policies and intolerance are hypocrisy in that they claim to promote tolerance and acceptance of everyone.Spitting in Police officer's drinks, refusing service, name calling and other detestable actions happen far too regularly not to notice a climate of intolerance towards those who regularly risk life and limb for the public safety.They do have good coffee, but their actions leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth that I want to avoid.When they actually do more than spout platitudes and weed out those who are intolerant and prejudiced with screening classes and a 0 tolerance, then I might return.A public apology campaign where you show by actions that you don't tolerate that and that you support Law Enforcement Officers would go a long way towards turning this around.We're waiting.
