This is a very poorly ran business. Phone number is inoperable, no personnel is here during the posted work times. This is the second time I came here. Complete waste of time.
Love this place awsome acai bowls, and smoothies as well . The people there are awsome, service is awsome will definitely keep going back.
Real fruit blended, not a mystery scoop base. Great for ppl that need to know exactly what is in the food for various reasons. Attentive, sweet, staff. Delicious menu. Humongous portions.
I visited Southtown Juice today (10/15/21) around 3:30pm. When I arrived there was no one waiting for drink or food, I placed an order for an Acai bowl and two coffees. After having waited nearly half an hour I finally received my order and took it home.The coffee was fine, the Acai bowl was pretty tasty and was enjoying it until I noticed I felt something with a rubbery texture. Upon taking it out of my mouth and inspecting it looks like some piece of red rubber made it’s way into the bowl.I understand that mistakes happen but the combination of finding rubber in my food and waiting way too long made visiting this establisment less than enjoyable.Will definitley not be going back.
I don't drink soda, eat candy or bread. So when I need a sweet fix, this is my go-to spot.

Delicious and giant portion! We had the açaí bowls, and they were massive. The only thing I would suggest is having a bigger bowl so all the toppings are not just in the top. Other than that it’s delicious and great!
Love this little smoothie shop. The bowls are beautiful and decadent but I just love grabbing a healthy smoothie. Chill atmosphere. Support local and check them out.

As much as I want to give them a 4 star for great bowls, I have to give them a three for their lack of communication. This business needs consistency; in their social media, their hour updates, having a working phone number to call? There has been multiple times I've tried getting ahold of them but the phone is always out of service, or there's no other number to be found. They pick and choose days to offer online ordering. I get it, "Support your local business". But it's hard to be as understanding when there are thousands of small businesses out there going above and beyond. I will still be a customer here, but I just hope they get better communication wise! Love the PB Crunch.
