The music is too loud or the acoustics that are terrible. Also, some employees look really dirty and a mess. It’s one thing to express yourself but man, tell your employees to have some pride and look clean and presentable like revolve their hair and change shirts that show sweat stains etc.Food is consistently pretty fresh and good tasting ??.

Breakfast is always a treat. So many excellent choices on the menu. The marscapone whipped cream on the French toast is inspired. The smashed avocado eggs Benedict is a good balance between light and heavy. The downside is the wait time if you walk up is 1-2 hours. They have an online waitlist that I used and only waited about 10 minutes when I got there.

Had our first visit today and it was phenomenal!! I had a ham, pepper and cheese omlette with banana bread pancakes. It was all so delicious!!! My husband had the burrito which he really enjoyed. We also got 2 different kids meals (egg & toast, and a pancake and fruit) and my boys ate it all. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! Best breakfast we've had in San Antonio!

This was our first visit to a Snooze, and we are sure glad that we made it. The place appears to be newer and it was well-decorated and well-maintained. Christine was very friendly and provided us with great service. The food was very good as well. We enjoyed our visit so much that we drove from our downtown hotel the next day, to have breakfast there again. We will make it a point to visit all Snooze Eateries in the future, based on this experience.

Pleasantly surprised by this shopping center eatery. When I walked in it was loud and crowded, which makes sense given the location. I set expectations low since crowds and quality food don’t usually mix, and they were more than exceeded.I sat at the bar and the staff interacted with customers as if they were in a neighborhood Mom & Pop cafe. Very warm and attentive despite the busy afternoon. I appreciated the pops of color with my tea cup and all the colorful details throughout the restaurant. I ordered the Makin it Grain bowl and it was both tasty and veggie filled. Breakfast dishes tend to be overloaded with filler ingredients and too much sauce for my taste. Not the case here. My order was just right. I eyed the dishes from the family to my left, and it gave me ideas for my next visit. All looked healthy and delicious.Don’t come here for a quiet meal but do come here for lively, fun atmosphere and a variety of healthy options including gluten free (and from what I can tell from the menu, options are available to indulge as well).I will be back!

this was my 1st time my girlfriend took Me n it was wonderful .. the food was on point very delicious loved it n will go back again

What an awesome place for brunch! Food was delicious, and having Celiac Disease makes it tough to find a safe and tasty place to eat! Our server Aleggsis was an absolute delight and very knowledgeable about the gluten-free options. A+ service, food, and experience!♥️

I like the food and our waitress Kyla was great. She made all the difference . The lady bartender with ginger red hair was extremely rude & spoke to me like a child after ignoring me for 10 min of seating . The wait was almost 2 hours so I thought at minimum friendly service. If you go here please have patience.

Great food. I love this chain. It's my go to place for brunch and I'm never disappointed. The service at this snooze was great. We were given a complementary pancake with cinnamon almond butter and it was fantastic! Will be coming again soon!

I ordered the french toast with fresh fruit, and a side of eggs and bacon. The food was delicious. Our server, Christina, was amazing. She came by and attended to our needs throughout the meal. Just know that some of the options are available as a half order.
