This has quickly become one of my favorite spots to substitute for my fast food and fat boy cravings. Instead of eating a meal I stop by for a smoothie instead. The crew is awesome there, I leave my smoothie up to their creativity and thus far they have not disappointed. It'd become a part of my daily routine.
Hidden little gem that's been here for 14 years and I first tried it today. I'll definitely be back to try more smoothies and hopefully they open the oxygen bar soon.

We have been coming here for over two years and this is by far our favorite smoothie place in town. We appreciate them staying open and staffed during the pandemic and have never been disappointed. The staff is always super friendly, makes great recommendations and of course the smoothies are always delicious. I've also been by when they were pulling fresh muffins out of the oven and couldn't resist grabbing a couple to take to work with me. They always make us feel super welcome!
I have visited about four times since Lifetime increased their smoothie prices, hoping to have found a decent smoothie place to fuel up post-workout. Each time I have visited I have been disappointed. The staff is not knowledgeable on nutritional value, none of the menus offer this information on any products. As someone who workouts 5-6 days per week and pays attention to caloric intake, this is problematic. I also don’t appreciate staff wearing political apparel; I saw an employee wearing a “Let’s Go Brandon” hat. People can have their beliefs, but it is unprofessional to allow staff to wear this to work. Please re-train staff on menu and please add nutritional value information on menu and products. I’ll be back to see if any feedback was implemented.

In my opinion this is the best smoothie shop in San Antonio! Debbie is an awesome owner and the muffins she has there are baked daily and soooo yummy. The associates are always so nice and Adam goes above and beyond for customer service!
This place is legit. I like that they offer protein drinks that actually have protein in them! Prices are way more reasonable than smoothie king and other places I’ve been to. And, the smoothies are good. Adam was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll def be back.
Tropical smoothie was made just right, not too sweet.
