Went last week in morning. Ended up waiting over an hour for 2 smoothies. To be fair there was only one person that morning. Another one came in later.Online ordering system needs to be worked on, especially if short staffed. There were some people who walked out after waiting awhile.I normally go-to location by work which I've waited at most about 5 minutes during lunchtime. I've waited longer than that here before this incident.
Place an online order ready for pick up at 12:34 today. It’s 12:56 and was advised it wouldn’t be ready for awhile.. what’s the point of an online order?? I asked for a refund and told the manager had to call me back later and couldn’t be done when I was in the store. If you can’t handle online orders then don’t do it! Third something is wrong at this store. Also one of your employee was rude with an ugly attitude. Not coming back anymore .
Waited 45 minutes for my online order and still didn't receive. I have put in 2 online requests and contacted the store and haven't received my refund. Awful.Update: Heard back from the new owner and got a refund plus a gift card. Willing to go back in a few weeks and see how it's changed with new ownership. Will update! :)
Got charged twice and got a smoothie I didn't want I usually order ahead never going inside to order again.
Went for an online order that was supposed to be ready at 10:16AM, and I didn’t get it until 10:30AM. I saw someone walk in after me and get their order first after I was promised mine was next. The worst part is I used to work at a smoothie king and we could run laps around this place with only two people. I’m sorry, but I won’t be ordering online or coming back in at this point. I couldn’t even find a customer service number to call on the app to get a free smoothie or something for the inconvenience. The customer support channels are hidden behind a little form you must submit that has no relevant topics for a complaint. Get it together guys, some people don’t have the time to waste waiting around, or the patience in general.
Only one person working, smoothie was suppose to be ready at 12:39 from what the app said and here I am at 1:17 and smoothie is still not made. When ask the lady working she gave an ugly attitude. Last time o ever come to this smoothie king. App doesn’t even let you cancel the order or refund your money. Feel bad for the lady that smoothie king didn’t staff efficiently.
Kelly is the best! Always super friendly, fast and my smoothie is always delicious!
I understand that everyone is understaffed, but that’s all the more reason to quit these online orders.Clearly everyone here is new and there are 10 people waiting who walked in.I’ve been here for HALF AN HOUR and the manager is prioritizing online orders.At this point I’m late for work for a $10 smoothie and can’t walk out since I already paid.
Pretty gross store. I love SK but will not go back to this location. Bathroom door handle was falling off and the toilet was clogged. I saw a worker drop a blender piece to the floor and all the employees had a quick conversations to decide if they should clean it or not. I’m honestly surprised they were able to get an 82 on their health score.
If you want good customer service, DON’T come here. Very long wait & RUDE employees. When asked, said they are understaffed. A totally bad experience!!
