Smoothie was delicious!! Took 10 min after ordering for it to be made. There were 4 people in front of me.
Normally a fan of Smoothie king but walked into the Bulverde Road location today and the person working was unmasked and ungloved, and had a number of used/dirty dishes sitting all over the counter. Definitely not the norm for the location but enough to make me leave a comment.
The guy that was working evening shift was being rude to every customer. He made a big order and didn't even mind telling the customer that it was ready. He didn't even bother putting it in the cup holder for them. When people was being polite on saying thank you to him, he just ignored them. First time having a bad experience at a smoothie King location.

If I could give zero stars I would. They have roaches crawling around their counters and fruit flies all over their ingredients. The employee refused to give us a refund.
Ordering online is a hit or miss. Depending on the staff you will wait 10 minutes after your receipt says it is available and thats if you call and let them know you are there. Many times they will not do curbside when you select it. They will use the plastic cup instead of foam even after you request it, and will leave it to melt. If curbside is not an option, remove it.

I got the peanut butter chocolate almond milk smoothie at Smoothie King I loved it.
I got the mangofest for the $5 Friday , which tasted great, and Nico was the only worker making smoothies, very fast and efficient with great customer service, definitely deserves a raise.
