Not so great experience at this location. Literally the only customer in the store and the employees just chatting away (understandable when no one’s there) cashier kept talking though when we were ready to order and at the register. That’s when my order got messed up. Drinks were ready and I went to pick up and wrong drinks and not what I ordered. I let them know and the manager had an attitude. If they weren’t talking while I was taking my order they wouldn’t have gotten it wrong. The manager then tries to continue to give me the wrong order stating it had the same ingredients. I said I would like what I came here for. They remade the drinks but stated the incorrect drinks they will freeze and use for future use since the incorrect drinks were pretty popular. I know when I go to smoothie king I do not want a previously frozen drink (I would want a fresh one) they’ve stated that there were multiple in their freezers that even some of them were pretty old so I would keep a close eye on how they prepare your drinks and if they give you an old one from their freezer because they messed up. Overall experience was just not the best even though no one else was there.

Horrible place, do not order from here!! I ordered a veggie smoothie, it was not blended, it had chunks of ice spinach and ginger. It was not drinkable. I called the store, and the attendees were so rude. I gave it one star because I had no choice. They deserve no stars. I never again am gonna come back to this particular location.

I love smoothie king, the workers are great and go as fast as they can (which I don’t know if they are shortstaffed or not) but if you order online from here make sure you have AMPLE TIME. Didn’t receive my drink until 15 minutes after pickup time which was just a high anxiety, high stress situation for me. The staff is always very kind and the facility is clean and the smoothies always tasty but if it’s going to take more time it’d be nice if the app accounted for that.

Long wait time over 30-40 minutes to get a smoothie. Totally understand they are short staff

The smoothie was great but the lady working was super rude to the other employee. It’s very unprofessional and probably why the location is looking for employees. I wouldn’t want to work with someone like her either.

I LOVE smoothie king. This location sucks though. My smoothie king app set this location as where to pick up my smoothie, and I placed my order without noticing. When I saw, I decided it was fine and it’d been so long since I’ve been to this location it couldn’t be as bad as it was before. Plus I’d ordered my smoothie online so I’d be in and out. I showed up 20 minutes after I’d placed my order, and the person working hadn’t even glanced at my order. She said she was running behind, but I’ve seen MUCH more customers at the Bulverde road location with the same amount of staff, and they still looked at their online smoothie orders and got them out by the time the app would say they were ready. I order my smoothies on the app so I don’t have to wait, and taking over 20 minutes to make one 20 oz smoothie is ridiculous and I will definitely be double checking my app in the future to ensure I don’t have to endure the awful service they give at this specific smoothie king location

This has to be the WORST LOCATION!!! I love Smoothie King & I often frequent this location because it’s closest to me but I WILL NEVER RETURN! The staff is extremely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! These guys had a NOW HIRING sign for a while, and the 1 person(girl) they hired is rude, unhappy and sloppy! Now, they are requiring you place your order through the App or online or they won’t won’t make your order. The way this girl addressed customers, with the Manager right there, and allowed it, left me fuming! I will not give these guys my money & I will be sure to spread the word!! Super disappointed that people like this are in business!

They had 1 worker and I saw the amount of tickets she had while I was there. Over 15 tickets and she was struggling to keep up. Poor thing! The amount of time I had to wait to get a smoothie was outrageous and you can’t just walk in and grab a smoothie. You have to order online I’d say 30 min prior if you want your smoothie right when you walk in. It’s not the workers fault, it’s whoever is not helping her.

Worst location I’ve been to. Wasn’t aware they now want you to put in your order on the app or online beforehand. There was no one inside the shop and the employee was cleaning the counters. I asked if I could just give her my order and she said she prefers if I place it online. I then asked if I could have the location address to find the location on their website and she was very vague giving me a highway and walked off. She could have easily taken my order and we both could have gone about our day. I’d have understood if there was a line with multiple people waiting, however I was the only person in the shop and she was not doing anything but wiping a counter and standing around. 0/10 for inefficient process.
