I've used Smokin' AMJ BBQ for several of my events and each time the meat is tender and flavorful. They're also much more affordable than so many out there. Definitely my go-to!! Try them, you won't regret it!!
He saved my graduation party by accommodating a last minute order! The food was amazing and everybody loved it! He also had great communication and went above an beyond. I would use them again in the future!
Wonderful barbecue and excellent service! We loved the brisket and pulled pork and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was a great addition to a menu that we haven’t seen before.
We had Smokin AMJ Catering, caterer my nieces wedding the entire meal from cocktail hour to the reception. The server’s were professional the food was extremely delicious we had many people complementing their food and the Dino ribs were a huge hit. I would 100% hire them again for other events.
Saw the smoker trailer in my neighborhood on the way home from work and decided to check it out. 10/10 would recommend. Got the pulled pork sandwich for my wife, the 2 meat (Brisket and sausage) sandwich for myself, and the sausage sandwich for my son. All 3 were amazing. Didn't even need the BBQ sauce. The cream corn was also on point! Soooo amazing!
The smoke flavor on this bbq is amazing. Brisket had good bark but that smoke flavor is what did it for me. The sausage was flavored great as well. Turkey was not dry and also had a great smoky flavor to it. If you love that taste of great smoke flavor bbq. This is it. The price is not bad for hum much is loaded in the sandwich. Will be back for that Dino rib next time.
Some of the BEST BBQ I’ve had in a long time...beautiful smoke rings on high quality brisket...and really nice folks. Worth the effort of finding where the pit is and buying some
Thank you for coming to our campus! Brisket sandwich and cream corn were delicious. Whole chicken was huge and juicy. Jalapeño and cheese sausage on point!!! Pricing is reasonable for on site service. Awesome eats!

Definitely worth it ! We had brisket and pulled pork. I am glad I got extra ! I love potato salad and there’s was very good !
