Shipley donuts are the best. What is super disappointing is the fact that you still can’t have your coffee and donut in the store. Why is this lobby still closed? Why should we settle for less than great service when other shops have had seating areas open for over a year?
Can't go wrong with their selection. Only downside is unless you're planning to order over a certain amount you'll have to have cash on hand. Can't be helped with card fee's.
Although the employees were nice, the place was run down and dirty. There were also a lot of "interesting" people outside waiting for you to come out.
It was nice to try a Texas style donut, but these seemed average and the place looked a little dirty.
The donuts are amazing, way better than the national chain DD. The staff on Sunday was nice enough but they could smile a little bit more. The young ladies were working very hard but seemed a little bothered. Still they were attentive so I tipped $5. They would get tips like that all the time if they are more receptive. They deserved it no matter what but a smile can change everything for everyone, especially on a Sunday morning.

Gave them 1 star because there is no 0. Horrible service. Very rude front counter lady who claimed to be the owners wife. Dunkin right down the street made my morning good again.
