Good and clean place. Burgers aren't huge but they're delicious. They offer military discounts, just make sure you ask for it if they don't ask you.
TBH for two burgers and drinks paying $44+ seems outrageous not to mentioned the tip they try pushing when paying. However the meat had a great flavor.
It was not my first time with this brand but it was my first on this location. We were a party of two and a poochie. As soon as we went in the cashier greeted us promptly and offered us to help. We were indecisive so she made suggestions and explained the dressings and sizes. The gave us drink tastings for the different lemonades. She really made a us welcome. The order didn’t take that long and it was very tasty. The size of the burger is moderate compared to other burger joints and all the sides are separate. The only issue was that the patio was dirty but the overall experience was great! Definitely coming back!
We met family here to eat and they accommodated all 10 of us well for Saturday lunch. Service at the counter was incredibly pleasant, unmatched customer service. She was friendly and even offered to let me sample the lemonade I was interested in. The food was delicious. The burger was juicy and flavorful and the bun is soft and buttery. They are smaller burgers but I think they may actually be normal and us Texans are just so accustomed to “Texas Sized” burgers. I say just order a double if you want more beef! Crinkle cut fries are fresh and not all soggy. Our family will return based on the quality of service and food on our recent lunch trip.
Almost perfect. A bit overpriced if you’re looking for large portions for your money. Service is surprisingly superior to most fast food type spots. The food was fresh and delicious but small portion perfect for what we were looking for but it’s not the typical TEXAS size portions! The blood orange drink was pretty dang good too!
Want something new....DEFINITELY give this place a try!! The food was so fresh and delicious. I mean the burgers are perfect size and then the cheddar bacon fries are AMAZING!! Then take time to chat ans rest your tummy then grab one of their milkshakes....MMAAAAAANNNNNNN it is better than any other in san antonio. We will definitely go back again!

Super good and tasty burgers and I love the French fries I also had a strawberry shake also delicious. Very clean and friendly staff. Theres also outdoor seating and cold beer.
Ok, but didn’t seem to be worth it to us. $64 for 4 to eat 1 hamburger, coke, fries, and small shake each. Shakes real thin , like melted ice cream. Like a cheap imitation of Burger Fi, which is waaay better. MCD even better at much cheaper prices. Staff very nice though.
The food is delicious just like every Shake Shack. The staff is extremely attentive at this location (quick on cleaning up, refills, orders, etc.). There is a lot of seating at this location including a large patio area. The shroom burger and cheese fries are always my go to while my husband orders a shack burger and cheese fries.
