EH FOOD, TERRIBLE SERVICE! Over priced too! If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for a grilled cheese and they tried selling me a combo after explicitly saying just the sandwich. The lady at the register tells us she’s unable to get a grilled cheese alone and calls the manager. We ask the manager for a grilled cheese and he as ok so you just want a cheese sandwich so I assume that’s what he calls a grilled cheese. Next thing I know the order was $3 more than the grilled but I said I thought it’s whatever I’ll just pay it. After I wait for 10 minutes they bring me a cheese sandwich filled with tons of mustard lettuce and tomatoes and barely any cheese. I told them they had the wrong order and he said no I don’t that’s what you asked for if you wanted a grilled cheese you shouldn’t have said yes when I asked if you wanted a cheese sandwich and proceeds to say I’m wrong and there not gonna make me a grilled cheese. He said next time I should make sure they they take the right order and clarify about the cheese sandwich. THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME, MEDIOCRE FOOD BUT CANT STAND THE PEOPLE. There was only one young blondish girl (unfortunately I didn’t get the name because right after they put her on drive through) who tried to get us a Grilled cheese but management told her she couldn’t and began talking to us in a very rude manor after we were very polite.
1st ordere 1 sandwich cashier puts in the meal I kindly say no that not what I wanted I wanted just the sandwich, she proceed to call her manager over , he then sal me what I want I told him my order and made sure it was right because I asked him to go over it, I wait about 15 mins. When I got my food it was the wrong order or just not what I had ordered and when I asks the manager about he he tell me that’s it’s my fault that it’s wrong and I should be more clear next time , I asked if there was anyway I could get my sandwich he says no that it was my fault and to order right next time, I told him there will be no next time l. Worst service I’ve experienced. Except for the server she was very kind and try to remake my order but the manager didn’t let her. I would have rated 0 starts if I could
They need help. They close at 9 on Sunday and we're turning people away because of "lack of ingredients" after 7. Prepaid an order at 5 to be picked up at 7:15 and it was still not ready at 7:35. In that 20 min, nobody gave me the status of my order at drive thru. Only when I cancelled the order, did they tell that was being prepared. I couldn't keep the order because I had to go back to work. So disappointed. Had not had a schlotzsky since 2002.
Toys are rude. When I came in and asked employee for help she waved me off. The bakery area is dirty and unsanitary. There is cake-up old dough all the mixer & other equipment.
I ordered a veggie pizza today with extra onions and there was slices that didn’t have anything but cheese. Staff was very stingy with the ingredients as if they paid them more for using less ingredients. Sauce as all over the pizza there was no crust. Terrible pizza, I’m calling my bank for a back charge.
First and most I must say the store was great clean nice swept and the number two is to die. And I must say they go over and beyond to meet your needs great customer service keep up the good works they use the champs model cleanest hospitality accuracy maintenance product equality in the speed of service keep up the good work guys
My co worker and. I visited here last Wednesday the food was good the girl at counter Miranda had a bad attitude towards us left us standing for 10 minutes at counter while passing us numerous times doing nothing we reminded her we had paid for our cinnamon rolls this seem to upset her more so she was rushing to get them dropping both on floor then having to pack us some fresh ones .plz if you dont like your job move on
Went through the drive thru, ordered my sandwich, drove home only to find out they have me the wrong sandwich. It’s not the first time and normally I just eat because I don’t want to drive back but this time, I called and asked them to just refund the one sandwich they messed up on (got more than one). Manager said my only options was to go back for a new sandwich today or on a different day. Told them I no longer wanted it and just wanted a refund and they said the only way I could get a refund is to drive back and give them the sandwich. I told them I didn’t want to drive e back in traffic for about 15-20 mins for $9, but they said they wouldn’t do it otherwise. I’ll get my money back but now I have to dispute it through my bank, not sure why they are being difficult
Why are they always out of soda flavors. Don't order extra meat it's a scam is the same about such a waist of money. The employees are lazy and that's fine but you are paid to make food people that ordered before me were still waiting for there food after I finished mine. It's like the employees are all just sitting back getting stoned in the wall in vs doing any actual work besides filing the ice machine
Good food! Nice change in menu from traditional deli's.
