Placed an order on the schlotzskys website and received a confirmation email. 5 minutes later received a cancellation email from the store. Never received the food, but was charged for it. STAY AWAY
Placed an order on the Schlotzsky's website for this location and received a confirmation order email. Five minutes later received a cancellation notice from the store. They were even nice enough to still charge my credit card for the order that THEY CANCELLED. STAY AWAY!
I find it sad that when you put your payment card into the slot the first thing that comes up is “Enter Tip Amount”10%, 20%,30% Other…First of all, I’m embarrassed for you that you’re asking for a tip and haven’t done anything yet to deserve one. I paid you for the sandwich and drink. Where I come from we tip on exceptional service beyond what’s typically expected….Just something to think about
Normally I would rate this store with 5 stars but I just made my first online order and they totally messed it up. I ordered a Deluxe Original and received an original. I ordered extra veggies and barely had any veggies. Do not order online as they apparently can't read.
One of my favorite sandwich places. Great staff here as well. Had an issue redeeming an offer and they helped me out without hesitation and I got my free chips. Great service! Prices are a little expensive but you definitely get your money's worth. I always get the Deluxe Original in medium size. I recommend only if you're very hungry!
Ordered French onion Calzone. Per drive thru, no napkins, onion soup rolling around inside the bag and spilled some; they pinched the lid. The lid on my regular drink was also pinched and spilled. The sandwich is cut in half and 1/2 of the bread was torn. So, after picking up that half the contents fell out. ?
AVOID THIS ONE. Drive through employee is super short with customers, and to top it all off I didn't even get my order correct. I was missing Items. I wish I had taken a look at past reviews before coming to this place.
Good food, but hard to enjoy with the TONS of fruit flies swarming around the fountain drinks and tables.
Pizzas are good. The sandwiches are okay. Cinnabon is a disgusting joke. (See picture). It is rock solid and nasty looking. I went though drive thru today and the lady working it was a miserable human being. I'm not sure why they have her working drive thru. This is at 2:10pm on 1/21. Receipt says host name is "TERM 5 AM". Probably short for what she should be, terminated.
Dante and Cadence were super kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the menu and options. Great experience at this location. Will be back for sure!!
