Oh, my, my, my. What a treat. Honestly pulled in today planning to get one of their famous salads. I was too tempted by the pics and had to get one of their new Calzones. Now, to be honest it was a folded pizza, but is was hot. It was Fresh! It was loaded! And the packaging, made me laugh. Another great stop just around the corner from my office. Salad is on the clock for next visit!

The store was open on Easter Sunday, good for me but I felt bad for the workers. Then I thought, I like Schlotzsky's, so why not support those who had to work. The restaurant was clean from the parking lot to the chairs and tables inside. The service was good with a very friendly staff member at the register who waited for us to deliberate the menu options by continuing to work on the fresh Cinnabons orders and checking on us when we got quiet. I also heard lots of good communication and laughter from the kitchen, it seemed like a happy place. The food came out... possibly 10 minutes after ordering, but it was all prepared correctly with their signature crustiness on the sourdough and a great looking calzone! I don't know what is going on with this location but they never can get my order right. One time I ordered a turkey club and they just gave me smoked turkey so they gave me the complete wrong sandwich. Another time I ordered a bacon smoked cheesy with ham and they just made it with roast beef so they completely ignored the protein I chose. And today my order came with a sugar cookie and they didn't even put it in the bag. Bottom line I always have to come back because they never get my order right. I like the food but I just can't order from this location anymore. I suggest y'all go to another location.
Not really excited today, sandwich was good. lady at the counter not so happy with, did not want a meal, she said she couldn't change the price after she had already charged me because I paid with my credit card. Really!Made a joke that I was asking for a sandwich with no meat maybe they could put some extra cheese on it since I'm taking three different kinds of meat off, she looks at me like I was crazy!! it was a joke lady. Trying to compare prices for the vegetable sandwich versus the original no meat, she was no help at all.
It's been about 15 years since I've been to one. I just moved here and thought ide like to try it. Got the smallest sandwich and was so full, I had a salad 4 dinner. I forgot how good the sandwiches were and the bread they used was so good I could vust eat it.
Just left their drive thru after waiting 25 minutes in line just to pull off without my pizzaI ordered. Of course you can’t get through to their line either. Waste of time and money.
We order from this location often this is the first time I have waited over an hour from my order and being told they have a lot of orders as I’ve watched people at least 10 to 12 people walk out with their orders either at the counter or pick up. How do you prioritize orders?
I ordered from UberEats. 2 drivers have waited an hour for the order, it’s not ready yet. Third driver is waiting. Store phone is busy. 3 soups and one sandwich. Just wow!
Super sad experience. Love Schlotztskys but this location is sub par. Take the extra time to drive up to 46 location. This one had terrible service and sadly food. All of the meat was piled j. The center of the sandwich making it hard to eat and not enjoyable. The sandwiches were also very dry.
