Excellent customer service from each Santikos' employee I encountered. Lauren was the only name I managed to get. Fried dill pickles, delicious. Seats, very comfortable. Looking forward to next visit.
Seats are great. Service is good. They seem to have the food systems down. Only complaint is that we were charged a $6 reservation fee for doing it online. Really.
Booked a private theater to enjoy a movie with the family over the holidays. It was a reasonable price to pay to have a smaller theater all to yourselves. It was nice to able to casually talk, share popcorn, check your phones, etc... without disrupting others in the theater. You get the benefits of being at home while enjoying the foods and overall experience of being at a movie theater. Hopefully they keep the option of booking a private theater.
Popcorn was nice and fresh, plenty of drink choices. Staff was attentive and prompt. Just make sure you have your debit or credit card as they do not accept cash. Understandable considering the state of things as they are.
Best theater for me. Nice drink, relaxing area before movie. Hot wings, roons, etc. Reclining seats and spacious. ETERNALS/SUPERMAN latest seen there!
This my go to theater in the area. Multi flavor self serve drink machines (the fancy ones). Self serve butter dispenser so you decide how much you want. Popcorn and drink refills. Seats are super comfy with power recliner. And they have these little swing tables so you can set food on them. Theres a bar and pizza in the theater as well. The halls have nice movie prop displays. Been there lots of times and never had a bad experience.
Nice place. The auditorium seating is okay. The lobby has a touch of elegance and cozy. Every time I've gone the staff are friendly with smiles on their faces.
