This was our first time, we attended a party this past Sat.It was overwhelming to say the least. Food section was chaotic and improperly rotated. There were hot dogs and corn dogs that were obviously past the hot food holding time. I just couldn't believe the lack of structure or cleanliness in this particular area.The party room we attended was soo hot.There were also quite a few of rides out of service but despite that,The POSITIVE was the game room had a vast amount of rides and activities AND the staff was very courteous.It just didn't seem they had adequate staff or knowledge of goodfood safety practices.
FIVE STAR PLUS FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES!I have NEVER a had such an amazing experience for a birthday party. Stress- none. Communication- great. The workers were absolutely amazing . Great customer service from scheduling to the end of my actual party. The price is way better then a lot of party places. I have had plenty of parties and not sure if I can name names but if I can’t I won’t just to be on the safe side of my review. My husband and I have a lot of people from just close family alone so I always need to get party spaces rented dude to that. My experience at the 410 and marbach location was one of the very BEST ones ever. I will definitely be returning for future parties . Thank you so much to the manager Cindy Utz who first started handling my booking (double booking), and to the two workers who took care of everything else ( I wish I remembered their names ) . I was hesitant at first (before going) to book or consider. But it all was over the top and I was very very happy and surprised . Thank you for such an amazing (incredible ?) experience. I’m so glad everything was as good as it was as smooth as it was and as stressless as it was, because I start to panic when I plan Parties. I’m very picky. Thank you all so much again! Over 5 stars if I could give it !
Would not even give one star but it’s required. Food was horrible not even warm, hard as a rock, food game combo are a con because I paid for 3 food game combos that had 3 free rides, and 2 food and game cards. (175$) Played games added my tickets, not even close the games do not add what you actually win. Get to rides with kids and told we have to pay with card credits because apparently they don’t have the rides on the cards that we paid extra for. Get to the prizes and swipe to find out we don’t have what we won and pick what we can according to the swipe for balance. get to the register and they say we don’t have enough on our cards. This place is a giant rip off every chance they get they literally screw you. Not worth coming to the experience was horrible. And restroom smelt really bad toilet seat was broken and dirty. The employees working the attractions had a lot of attitude towards the children while swiping cards and seating.
Great place to take the family would not recommend doing a party. We did small party for birthday. Child did not get in ticket blaster did not get to spin wheel did not get birthday present from pizza place have not got thank you notes also in goodie bags candy was out dated and when I went to tell hostess they acted like it’s nothing new and no big deal. Over priced and charged for thing we did not receive. Hostess was really nice and very helpful to maintain the schedule to get us out of room in time. Big buffet pizza chicken spaghetti salad dessert of all kinds!
This is the Worst experience ever!! They didn't want to give me my credit of $150.00 the cashier said my deposit was for $75.00. I didn't get my balloon bouquet nor the 10 party bags that were included in the party package. When I spoke to the manager Cindy, she was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She told me that he party bags were not included and that she wasn't going to give them to me and I said but I didn't bring any because when making the reservation, I was told that they were included in the party package and she said that's not her problem that it was my problem. I stepped outside to call the reservation line and they told me that the party bag and balloon bouquet are included and they were going to call Cindy the manager. Cindy told the reservation line that she had no party bags. Which was a LIE because she pointed them out to me, they were under the counter in a box. Cindy told me that I could buy them but she wasn't going to give them to me. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...
So many games for adults and kids , buffet had a huge variety of session for vegetarians and meat lovers.
I visited San Antonio to see some relatives and they took me and my kids to Incredible Pizza. This is the perfect place for families to spend the day. Tickets are evenly priced with combo packages for unlimited food and rides. The food was great. There is a buffet style layout with a variety of pizzas, a salad bar, pasta, chicken, hot dogs and more. There is a dessert bar as well with ice cream and delicious treats.The are rides available are for all ages and an arcade area. Laser Tag, go kart, Bumper Kart. An entertainment packed venue! If you are in the area, definitely put this on the list to visit.
We just celebrated my daughter's birthday at this location. This is our first time renting a room out; it ran about $450 for 15 people. This includes 15 game cards with $20 and 4 attractions. The room was rented for an hour and a half, which went by real quick. They did let us in 15 minutes early to decorate, which was nice. For how much we paid, it seemed like a good deal.
Great family atmosphere! My kids had lots of fun with many play options. Our favorite family attractions were the laser tag, bumper cars and go carts. There were quite a few options for food. From pizza, tacos, pasta, hotdogs, salad and of course desserts, you definitely want to get a food and game package. The arcade games are reasonably priced and attractions range from $4.50-$7.50 per attraction. Overall had so much fun.
Celebrated my son's 3rd birthday and he had a blast along with his cousins. The food is great and there are many options. I paid about $90 for a party of 2 adults and 4 kids. Not bad overall!
