We went here for Father's Day dinner. The wait was 40 minutes, but it went by quickly. We love the atmosphere. As always the food was good. The steaks (2 sirloin and an NY strip) were tender, juicy and flavorful. The veggies were fresh and not over cooked. Our server was pleasant, and responsive. She always checked in with us even though she was really busy. The only down side was when we were texted that our table was ready. When we checked in with the hostess, she ignored us. It wasn't until a manager came along we got seated.
Had ribeye baked potato and a fine glass of ?. No complaints good service and delicious dinner items!
We went to lunch there at 2:15 PM thinking it would not be crowded. It was not crowded. However, it took almost one hour for our meal to get to us. Once it came our waiter disappeared again. Really crappy service.
Decided on a steak restaurant for dinner. This is my first visit at a Saltgrass Steakhouse and was very pleased. For appetizers, we ate fried mushrooms and fried jalapeño shrimp. Both very delicious! For our main course, we both ordered the ribeye with baked potato and a Caesar Salad. Now that’s a real Caesar salad compared to the dinner at Joe’s the night before. Good food and friendly waitress.
Nothing less than perfect for a lunch outing. Our server, Rebekah, was attentive to drinks, gave awesome recommendations, and was professionally engaging. The food was all fantastic. Had the porterhouse, smoked Mac, potato soup, and fried mushrooms.

Rhe food was wonderful, and hot. The server was attentive and humorous. It didn't take the food long to come at all. And the restaurant was extremely clean.

The food and drinks were good, but we made a reservation for 330 and had to wait for our table to se seated. I understand staff shortage, but that's the reason for the reservation.
