Most unprepared, slowest dang restaurant on the weekends....whether order is online or in person. Management doesn't know how to properly staff for weekends having only 1 to-go staff preparing all the online/to-go orders. Their website doesn't always work and it accepts an unrealistic amount of orders ON TOP OF the orders they have to prepare for patrons eating in the restaurant. For the prices they charge....this should be a well run restaurant. They can learn from how even Perry's Steakhouse handles their pork-chop Friday's better.
The meal was not good. Our server was fine but a new bartender couldn't fill our two order drink for 25 minutes. By the time my simple rum and coke came, the ice had melted down the drink down so bad that I was initially concerned that it was heavy on the rum because the coloring was so light. I was wrong. It was watery. The chicken fried steak consisted of a small cube steak that was so tough that I finally gave up trying to cut it and asked for a to-go plate so that I could bring it home for my dogs. The baked potato was fine. That's about the summation of my visit. Really sad that a nice night out was ruined by the meal at this restaurant. Used to go before COVID shut down and really enjoyed it but their food supplier has obviously changed and the quality of food has hit rock bottom. Guess it is the sign of the times. We paid our bill and tipped our server nicely because everything that was wrong was not under his control. Do not recommend.

We always love eating here! Love their appetizer- Cheese and brisket with chips! It is so delicious! Friendly staff and fast service!

I went here on valentines with my partner for a date!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was really enjoyable. It was our first time coming here and we both had a nice experience. It's a very cozy feel inside. We had reservations and got there about 3 mins early, they seated us quickly and gave us our menus and some bread. The customer service was really great. When walking to the restroom there's a big door to open into the hallway and a waiter nearby actually opened it for me, which I found very polite. The only complaint I have is that me and my bf both got steaks but our waitress didn't ask us how we wanted them cooked, my partner quicky told her how he wanted his cooked before she walked off after taking our order. Sadly, I didn't get to tell her how I wanted mine prepared since she walked off so quickly so overall my steak was cooked well done, which I didn't enjoy but it didn't ruin the taste of the steak too much for me. Regardless of the steak not being prepared to my liking, I would definitely come back to this restaurant!! The food was good.
Four of us went to Saltgrass last night for an 82nd birthday dinner, requesting a table out of the fray and away from the great unmasked. We were seated way at the back which made us very comfortable and were lucky enough to be served by TIANA! What a delightful young lady. She was fun, professional, attentive and made the birthday celebration extra special! We were delighted!
