As a first time customer, I had a really great experience here and was surprised by the bang-for-your-buck you get when loading up from their free toppings. The blonde young lady doing online to-go orders at the front was so helpful answering my questions and informing me of the price breakdowns so I didn't get surprised. She expertly handled assembling a bowl with all my toppings while she was simultaneously scooting to-go boxes down the line to add toppings to those orders as she came to each section. This is the type of employee that makes your business. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a lot of appreciation. I was very impressed and never was she rude or impatient. It was like she could do her job in her sleep. I get to the end and she loaded my veggie-only salad so high that it took up almost two to-go boxes after she mixed it up. Definitely the best deal for a loaded chopped salad if you go for all the veggies, beans, fruit and seeds they offer from the free stations. I loved the experience and the chill vibes inside so much that I purchased a gift card for a grad present for someone who will be attending school in the area in the fall. This is the place for your *real* salad fix in an area that has a lot of skimpy over-priced options in that category. For the price, variety, and vibes, it's also better than any Whole Foods salad bar, in my opinion.
I ordered online- went 23 minutes after my order was scheduled to be done, it was not done. They were busy, but also very rude and people were moving through the actual line faster than the take out. they charged me for extra dressing- none given at all. Charged for avocado that is rotten and still had the skin on. This is normally my favorite place but quality is declining and so is the service.
Great fresh food, but they seem to struggle a bit with the rush of the lunch crowd. It took about 30mins to get served. I recall it being more like a 10mins wait during lunch rush at the Salata location in Arbor Walk in Austin.
It's only a salad. NO IT'S NOT!! Great place to get a healthy meal. You can turn salads into wraps and the are amazing! I only gave 4 stars because the military discount was only $1.00. Definitely returning.
Salata is like a Chipotle styled salad/wrap place if you want to eat healthy but also feel full afterwards. They have a ton of topping options including meats, cheeses, vegetables, breading, dressing, etc. They also have soup options. It is very cute and clean inside with plenty of places to eat in or you could order out. The food was great and will definitely be back!
First time I've ever visited any location and I'll definitely be back. I was in town visiting my sister and she took me here. This place is amazing. Great service with super fresh food and plenty of choices. It was absolutely delicious and enough to eat on multiple meals.
I’m a regular at this location and never had any issues until a few days ago. There was a small dinner rush when I went and there was only two employees working and I understand it can be hectic when people are coming in and the employee’s are trying to work as fast as they can and I was being patient as can be, but there was this one employer (a young girl with a hunch on her back) that took my order and she obviously didn’t wanna be there or something else because she kept giving me an attitude and snapping at me when I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear her through her mask and also she was talking very low, and when it was time to pay she didn’t even scan my app barcode for the reward points I guess she was trying to hurry and rush me out.
The food it always great but Mitchell stood out to me most today. He was very professional, polite and courteous! Thank you for providing me with excellent customer service!
I love this place! So many options of lettuce, veggies, some fruits, proteins (chicken. pesto chicken,, salmon,, crab,, ham, shrimp), nuts, a few soup and you have to have patience because every customer has their preferences. Staff is friendly and efficient. One takes over where the other leaves off if necessary! Teamwork! You can call in your order too!
I'm blown away at the amount of salad I get for a very reasonable price. I eat healthy and will now make this place to go once or twice a week.
