I ordered online. I made a mistake with the address and the building address was one off from mine. Apt number was correct. I called them an hour and 40 minutes after my order was placed. She said the order had just been delivered, an old lady answered the door and accepted the food. In talking to her she told me I put my address in incorrectly and there was nothing they could do. The most they could do was when the delivery driver came back they could have them go back to the address and try to get the food then deliver it to me.I get that I may have entered my address wrong, but they should have checked when delivering it to the person, confirmed it was the person who ordered it, not just handed it over. She refused to give me a refund or replacement. Just said they could go get the food from that person. (So she wants me to pay for food I never received and/or she wants me to eat something other people have touched/maybe eaten.)They have horrible customer service and I will never go to them again.
The restaurant is clean and the service was fantastic. We ordered shtimp with broccoli, and pork belly ramen. The food was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be going back again and bringing friends since the price is so good. They even have sushi! Sylvia & Armando…
I absolutely love this place! The customer service is great. They are always very welcoming and kind, even for take out orders. The food is amazing. Such a good deal on lunch specials. I love the lemon chicken and the sesame chicken. Great fried rice too. Highly recommend!
What great flavors! Everything my family has ordered has been great. Much better selections than other Asian restaurants. Sushi, hibachi, noodle bowls, Pho, and Chinese dishes. Does not taste mass produced and they use quality ingredients.
This place is great for take out ! The service inside can be hit or miss but altogether a cool environment . I grab food from here about 3 times a month they are fast and convenient and always on top of their game.
Going to give an Honest Review everyone should read.This is a Chinese restaurant that fronts or happens to serve sushi on the side. I don't know many Sushi restaurants that serve traditional Chinese dishes like Kung Pao chicken.The sushi was low grade, could tell the salmon sushi was days old and not fresh. California rolls were average at best. The wasabi was served in packets, should have been my clue to leave right away. The fried rice was not good as previous reviews stated.The lone decent dish was the salt and pepper shrimp and the white rice was their specialty.I cannot recommend very disappointed.
Ordered here and the service was awful. Waited 20 minutes to get my food, when I would get the attention of one of the servers they wouldn’t ask me what I needed, they’d have a staring contest w/ me & then go back to playing on their phone. After 20 minutes of waiting for my food, I was handed a grease soaked bag. Now mind you, I didn’t order anything greasy, I ordered sushi. Open up the bag to find my sushi, presentation wise…it was sad. I’m going to say it but even HEB & Sprouts have better presentation than this. The chopsticks were greasy, the case for the sushi was greasy too; I’m sure you get the picture. The sushi wasn’t totally bad, the presentation just sticks in your head for a while. I got the vegetable sushi w/ no cucumber, I’m not totally sure if the sushi was supposed to come w/ seaweed salad in it. But if it was, the seaweed salad did compliment the avocado. A nice hint of spice and chewiness each bite. All in all, I wouldn’t come here again solely because of the service.
This place was awesome prices were amazing the service was super friendly and caring and the food was so great they have everything from sushi to lo mein and they got such an awesome amount of options to choose from
This was my rainbow roll…ordered today prices are decent butI expected to get a rainbow roll like I ordered not this.
I had the chicken curry. It was mediocre at best. I prefer it with a coconut cream base. The rice was a little dry. Children's plates were not that great. The Dragon roll is the only reason I gave it 3 stars.
