Have eaten here on several occasions and is always tasty! I love making the Southwest Jerk Salad into a wrap and their smoothies are very refreshing. It is a bit on the pricey side but I am never disappointed with my food. My only wish is that they would cut down on the plastic containers and use more sustainable products. I feel a bit guilty having to deal with all of the leftover plastic after enjoying a healthy and organic meal.

This was a poor salad with cheap chopped processed ham and turkey. At 15.95 for a chef salad I expected generous helpings of crisp bacon. Instead the bacon was sparse and not done. No salad dressing was sent with the to go order. The “fruit bowl” at 6.95 contained canned pineapple. Altogether a poor representation of a specialty salad restaurant!
We loved our guilt free delicious salads for lunch! I had the freak salad and the summer salmon salad both delicious! The teas were delicious too not too overpoweringly sweet…just right! Highly recommend!
First time was good, this second time absolutely terrible.Three açaí bowls took 30 minutes to make (when we were the int ones there). Of course, after 30 minutes the açaí bowl were fully melted, so they were melted soup. We also noticed that the bowls were much smaller this time around.Worst of all, my bowl was very water down and it had almost no toppings. I asked for extra strawberries and that’s what I gotIn the picture.The only reason it’s not getting 1 star is because the first time was pretty good, but I will not comeback. For the same price you can get a way better and bigger bowl at Southtown juice down the street.
Tomato bisque soup was creamy and smooth and the salmon on my salad was perfectly grilled. Strawberry tea was bursting with flavor not overly sweet. Glad we stopped in after our bike ride.
Very good food. Clean and comfy place. Nice atmosphere and view of Southtown. Service was beyond good.
They took such great care of us. Feels like family and like home. Delicious fresh ingredients customizable to order. And healthy options for kiddos. Customizable kids bowls. Delicious teas. What a treat!

Roots is Fantastic! JC prepared all 4 of our salads perfectly! We highly recommend the Salmon, Jerk chicken and Chef salads. We are Traveling for vacation and just wanted something wholesome to eat Roots delivered!!
