I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I suffer from Dairy Allergies and always order Pepperoni with extra Pepperoni with fresh basil and sometimes fresh tomatoes AFTER it’s cooked! My order is ALWAYS CORRECT!! This is my favorite place!! I only wish they’d offer a thicker crust but I love their Pizzas and Dolmas!! The price definitely worth it. They are kind and friendly and even know who I am if I place my order on the phone! You can’t get better service than that!! Thank you! I can see why you are one of the top pizza places in San Antonio!!
We've had really good experiences with this location until the order we placed online for delivery tonight. Delivery ETA per the website was 7:30PM. We waited until 8:10PM then called to ask for the status of our order. We were then told that they have no drivers and were waiting for Door Dash to pick up and deliver our order. They had no ETA on when the food would get here. My wife decided to just go there and pick it up herself. It would have been nice to at least get a phone call advising of the issue as soon as we placed the order so that we could have found an alternative. Extremely disappointed with the service. May not ever order from this location again.
I recommend the take out here. The pizzas are amazing, they have stuffed grape leaves (dolmas) and a to die for chocolate ganache tort. I have tried several of the pizzas in the 1 to 2 person size. If for some reason you arent ready for the wonderful pizza, yhe meatball sandwich is a great take to the office meal. I usually get the Greek pizza with dolmas.
The food is overall tasty but oh those prices, I ordered a BYOC (calzone), I'm used to a calzone being about half the size of a small-med pizza the one they made was about the size of a pizza roll. Then the fries, I think they were around $3.59 or so but nothing more than a handful. There are other places that charge same prices but have sizes that are worth the money. All in all, the amount of food received is definitely not worth the prices charged. No more ordering here for me, I'll go to Luciano's.
Texas travel reviews gives you a 100 on review. Manager David is awesome very polite I give customer service a 5 star rating. We will be back we have chosen Rome’s Pizza as one of the top spot pizza places in San Antonio tx. 5 Stars all the way.
Pizza was great, fried pickles too. Wings not so much. Asked for extra crispy. But I got these. Still raw looking things ? picked up my order but looks like a nice little place to enjoy, will try again!
I thought I have been to a lot of place to eat, but here is another 1st. This place has been around a while and I never eaten here till today, and I Loved it. We had the Supreme Pizza, with 2 Greeks Salada. The Vegetables were a little underdone for me, but my girlfriend said they tasted great. The pizza dough was cook well for me, Nice and crispy. I guess I'm a meat lovers pizza kind of guy. The place is clean, the Cowboy game was on, and the staff friendly. The owner was there and checked up on us, making sure everything was good, I like that. They have lunch specials Monday-Friday, I like this place and will definitely be back, My 2 Cents.
My husband and I ate there last Friday, the service was mediocre..we ordered a large salad to share-was served without separate plates so we had to eat out of the same bowl... when our pizza finally arrived-again no plates no napkins just here's your pizza. Staff was more interested in talking than their customers ...NOT GOING BACK!
My boyfriend and I came to this location and the cashier named Elora was very friendly. The pizzas were delicious and so was their cheesy bread. Would definitely recommend for a quiet chill evening. The location was also clean ??
Ordered a calzone good but more bread than filling.water cups are really small. Crackers were stale.
