The seafood chowder was amazing but lacked large pieces of shrimp or muscles and did not have the charred bread (all as pictured). The bread that was brought to the table had a great flavor but was barely warm and the butter was COLD and impossible to spread, however the dusting of salt crystals was a nice touch. The Caesar Salad was perfect and delicious. The Seared Salmon was the most mild ever eaten - almost lacking in flavor but still good and the Tomato Corona Beans were more like an Italian soup. Would likely not order the salmon again. The Hot Crab Rangoon Dip had a very good flavor. Some of the Rangoon chips were not cooked thoroughly and the dip was served too hot. However, upon cooling a bit - it was delicious and would be ordered again. Service was attentive and professional. Salad forks should be provided with salad or in utensil rolls. Pepper is too coarse and lids have to be removed to obtain pepper. Perhaps fresh cracked pepper would be a better approach and add to the service experience.

Food was good, ambiance is very nice and Rebelle has a super fun location. Plus, free valet parking when you eat here! I do think the chef and crew need just a little more time with their revamped menu to dial it in. Only small misgivings from a food critic here - butternut squash under salted/spiced, asparagus needed more zing. But the ribeye was spot on and the side pasta (basically fancy mac and cheese) was superb. Great job all the way around.

Rebelle is as amazing as I remember! We have re-visited several restaurants since reopening after the pandemic. Some have lost a little of their flair...but not Rebelle! The service with Harold was great, the oysters were great, the octopus was great, the crab rangoon dip was spectacular, the macaroni pasta was perfect, and our drum and trout entrees were on par with everything I remember loving about this restaurant. I also enjoyed a delectable cocktail called an 'Envy' (pear martini). My husband, who does NOT like squash, enjoyed both the zucchini side (with his drum) AND the butternut squash, which was caramelized to perfection. We will absolutely return and we would absolutely recommend to a friend.
On arrival, we were impressed by the look, it had a date night feel. The food was ok. Nothing we ordered was great. The dining area was very loud; Kids were screaming. This would be a good everyday restaurant but not great for a special occasion.
Food that we ordered for our Entrees was not worth the money that was charged. I expected more for the money we paid for them. I can say the appetizers oysters on the 1/2 shell and the octupas was excellent. The waiter was attentive and very professional. The upstairs and the downstairs rooms didn't have the same feeling. We were sat upstairs was kinda dark and gloomy. My wife and I were on a date night and it would have felt more romantic and nicer feeling downstairs. Make the upstairs and downstairs match in ambience.
