Guest service needs some attention or retraining. No one in line just me at 11:45 amMonday, April 11 and still bad service. Ordered my food just fine and the food was good, no issues there. Get to the window and a young woman opens it while having a conversation with another team member. Gives me the total while talking still and takes my money. Window opens hands me my drink and swings my bag to me and shuts the window before I could ask for ketchup. Is it the end of the world, no. But I can pay less and get more across the street at Bush's.

Ordered to pick up in store, it was too late for them to do curbside.I LOVE the tenders. Alot. It's a change and something different from other places to get tenders. The sauce is good but I must say I am addicted to chick-fil-a sauce so I use that instead.***I buy the Chick-Fil-A sauce from HEB. Its works perfect for when you want the sauce but more than the tiny nuggets that you can't ever order enough of.

15 min wait for chicken in Sunday lunch time.Asked for B.O.B toast. They didn't even butter the other side. Just lightly toasted in a couple places. The tea was awful. They didn't have the tea coolers on to mix the sugar around. So the tea sucked. The fries were cold. Not impressed with this canes.

Love the food, but the tables (all of them) were dirty. They weren't busy when we got there, and service was fast. Just need to keep the place clean. We wiped down our own table and seats with a napkin. :(

Cane's normally gets a 5 star with their super fresh food and expedient service but this time around although the lines were long and food came out fast, my fries were cold and undercooked, chicken tenders were lack luster and my Texas Toast was missing entirely. Normally don't like writing about negative things especially with staff being so quick and friendly, but when you're sharing with a hungry toddler the toast becomes a big deal lol

I love Cane's chicken and fries. With a family of five it's always worth it to get the Tailgate 25 piece chicken and tailgate fries. There are never any leftovers... That's how good the chicken and fries are. Customer service is great. Service is fast considering the amount of traffic they get. Also just found out the establishment was named after the owners dog... ? Pretty cool.

Usually raising cane's gets a five star from us. Not this one. They had just opened and one might think they would be getting the best at this time nope not so. Service through drive thru was cheerful . French fries tasted like they were old and reheated chicken was not all that fresh tasting either and was not as crispy and juicy as we usually get. We travel and have always had consistent satisfaction at Raising Cane's.

Order curbside, checked in and no one came out. Went to the drive thru and was told I couldn't be helped and I needed to come inside for my food. I had no shoes with me. I know that sounds like a personal problem but I specifically ordered curbside which was an available option. Don't offer things you can't provide And then decline to serve a customer. Also curbside orders aren't made once you've checked in so the order was ice cold. Incredibly disappointed waste of money, and time.

The experience was a bit sour because I placed my order, the food got ready quick and was there in the counter ready but the cashier kept getting orders from other customers instead of handing me my food. Finally I had to tell the person, hey my food is there waiting and finally after 10 minutes I got my food that was ready in like 2 minutes.

Drive through was fast but almost a little too fast. I think they are pre packing all of the food into the boxes because the food was all barely warm and And I suspect the chicken has been frozen because it was very rubbery.
