I made 3 orders all with fries. Waited no more than a minute or so and all fries were cold. Not even warm. I went back which was roughly 3 min away and talked to manager. Even though I took a bite of My sandwich and Son had eaten 1 of His chicken tenders, they replaced everything except drinks. I really appreciate that. I just wish they were warm to hot to begin with.
I believe this is my second visit to cane's and for sure won't be my last. The food was fast and hot, everything was on point. But what impacted me the most was the customer service, while I was having lunch, Alejandro ( who took my order ) approached my table and asked me very polite if i needed anything else. And when I was about to finish my meal, Isaac asked me if everything was good and if i needed anything else. I don't remember when was the last time I was asked if everything was ok at my table at a fast food restaurant, and twice. I mean, sometimes when you go to a place where you have an assigned waiter, they don't even check on you more than one time lol. Keep up the good job ??
We always enjoy Cane's because they are friendly, clean, and good customer service. The food has always been very good for a quick meal. I appreciate the Military discount as well. Thank you.
First time here as we were visiting San Antonio. Really enjoyed it especially the Cane Sauce. Place is clean and staff was super helpful.
If you haven't tried Cane's chicken then I would suggest you drop what your doing and go, just so you can stop be that weird friend in your social group.
I absolutely love Cane's my best friend and I and family went there after church. I love this particular one is in the area where I live and it was just a great experience very clean and the team was very pleasant.
Need to eat at Cane's more often. It's always a pleasure for sure. Always friendly service and they actually put napkins in your bag without you asking for them. I always have a fork and they offer me ketchup so I always get home with what I need to enjoy my meal. Good job!!!!
I have to say, I will never go back. The prices of the plates have jumped 35%. No longer worth it. I rather sit down in a restaurant for better quality of food for lunch.
The food was great but the service was really strange. I ordered 3 - 3 finger combos with 3 extra canes sauces. I had to pull into a parking space to wait for my food. I watched 5 or more other cars get their food thru the drive thru before I got mine. Then 2 employees came out with separate bags. One went to the car parked next to me and tried giving her a portion of my order. They then realized that both bags were my orders. Idk just very weird.
Attention to details here was awesome. Very clean, in fact the young man who was there was wiping down the front door with Lysol wipes. Nice music playing, great energy. To contrast, my wife wanted a milkshake so we stopped by the Wendy's a few doors down, total opposite experience. The staff here should be commended on their great effort.
