Didn't actually go into the restaurant (my mom brought the food home) so this review is solely about the food. Food was hot even after my mom's 10-minute drive home. The chicken itself and the Cane's sauce were very delicious (especially the sauce!) but the fries and Texas toast were just okay. The fries tasted under-salted or even unsalted. I would go back but would probably just get the chicken and sauce "a la carte" instead of getting the combo.
I want to start out by saying I have had lots of good visits at this location. This particular instance was unfortunately not like the rest. I ordered 2 combos and 4 extra cane's sauces via the drive thru and I requested one of the combos be made extra crispy. After paying, they asked that I pull forward to the line because the crispy order would be a few minutes which is not a problem. When the employee brought my food, I noticed there was not an extra container (usually the extra sauces are put into a small container). I asked where the extra sauces were and he said they were in the boxes. When I got back to work, there was no extra sauces in either of the two combo boxes. I understand that people make mistakes and forget but I was flat out lied to when I asked about the extra sauces that I paid for.
Quality is as usual very good. Cane sauce is amazing as usual. I wish their portions were as good as it used to be. I still do believe they have one of the best chicken.
This review is based upon overall service and food quality! Ordered the 4 finger combo and entree came out piping hot and delicious! The sauce is to literally DIE FOR!! The cashier was friendly and sweet! Ambience was "millenial" vibes based on the music..yess! I left there feeling full, satisfied and ready to come home and plop on the sofa! 1st time dining in and it met all expectations! 10 out of 10 for me!

I got 2 meals of 6 chicken strips each one and one extra side of fries. I spent around $32. The food was good.
My daughter had just bragged on how good chicken strips lemonade & service was..well gave us wrong drink order took a long time for order. Then we had to go park to wait for correct drink order which took awhile (only 3 drinks)? But I must admit strips fries were delicious!
Food is hot, delivered fast, restaurant is clean. No complaints. Always a delicious visit.
Our kids love it here. The food makes them happy and that makes us as parents happy! Great customer service here. Yes, they're young but very helpful and kind! This is our go-to because it's very close to our home. Keep up the great work! ?
I've been to Canes maybe like 4 times total. The first 3 were great experiences but today whoever was making chicken over cooked it and it was dry. Also the toast was dry and didn't have that much butter. Today was a complete waste of $60. Plus they forgot my coleslaw and the ketchup. I think the food is pricey already so to have me come back the experience needs to be great.
