Very good chicken and they have the best bread ever. The employees seem to love their jobs there, it's not like some other places where they are just there for a freaking pay check. Like Chick-fil-A. There sh!+ Is like small as hell, and we're still always hungry. My kids love it when we go to Cane's and get the tailgate meals. Oh and let's not forget about their Tea. We always have to buy 2 gallons of it. Soooooooooo effing amazing. Lol. Thank you Cane's and keep up the good work and the smiles ?.
Prices on food menu keeps going up, and chicken fingers getting smaller. Concerns me!!! And they don't listen carefully on your food order. Rush! Rush! Rush! And when you ask for ketchup you'll never get it on your to go order. Turning me away from there, or order once week from now on. We are the greatest country on earth. Why get greedy. We the USA have plenty of chickens. Go back to basics. Give us our big portions of chicken fingers. Not skippy peices! That's what I believe. People out there notices it. Don't be like Church's; closed some of there franchises locations here in Texas.
Great chicken always fresh and hot.. the only slight problem I have is when they ask if I need condiments and I also ask for napkins.... PLEASE give us (me and my girlfriend) more than 2 piddly napkins
My son’s favorite place for chicken strips (the lemonade and sauce rock, as well). The food is fresh and hot on a consistent basis. The customer service is usually fast and phenomenal. We frequent this location bi-weekly. Keep up the amazing, job!!
Sauce is gross and Everytime I go they never make extra crispy and the girls are rude, I always find hair in my food ?? and bread just sliding off the chicken ?? idk what happened to this canes but it's trash now. Third picture I get I'm reporting.
Very well managed store, friendly staff, very attentive, crispy fries and chicken!Arguably the best Canes I’ve been to!
New place for me. Had the sandwich combo... Was actually good .... Fries were fresh and the lemonade is great...
Terrible service. 9mins for a simple gallon tea is ridiculous. I was in a hurry so I went inside and bought 1 gallon tea. I watched 2 girls get out an empty gallon, chat with each other, put it back and continue to talk amongst themselves. There were 4 girls at the counter not doing anything and after 6mins I asked the status on the tea and everyone was visibly confused. Eventually they called over the manager and I mentioned to him I just had a gallon tea and nothing else and I haven't got it yet. He asks me "oh, like, you want US to fill it up or..??" I was dumbfounded. I politely said if I can have the gallon and I can do it if they were busy (they werent). He rudely shrugs his shoulders and gestures to the gallon I said thanks and had a hard time filling it up. I saw so many people standing around and doing nothing. Filling a tea should've been an easy task, at least give me the jug if you dont want to do it. It took 9mins and 5people for me to get tea by myself. The chickfila line would've been quicker and more polite. I feel bad for the employees, this place needs a new manager.
I'm giving my total of $10.05 I pull up to the window to pay I had the cashier $11 and she tells me they don't have any change because of a shortage and she just stays looking at me I guess she wanted me to tell her to go ahead and keep the extra 95 cents rather than them take a 5 cent loss. The food was decent chicken strips definitely not Chick-fil-A though
I do enjoy eating here but the pieces are noticeably smaller and lesser quality than they use to be and for the price they charge I would expect good food.
