I always come here. I love their teas, but last time I came in two guys in their. They were so rude. It's like they don't care. Other then that teas are good.
Tea is good and fresh but always out of something. It could be a5 star place if one of 2 guys working there could smile, talk kindly or at least try to help selecting something
Stopped for a quick tea while shopping in the Huebner Oaks area. It wasn't crowded, so was able to quickly order my drinks and find a seat in the small sitting area. They ran out of boba, so ordered most of the drinks without boba as they said it would take about 15-20 minutes if wanted boba.\\n\\nService was a little impersonal and not too helpful, but not terribly bad.\\nOrdered different fruit teas and milk teas to try some different options. It took about 10 minutes to receive the drinks which was a little long. However, the teas were good. I personally preferred milk teas more than the fruit teas. Hopefully the service is usually better as this place has potential. Will give them a try again as the teas were good.
Very rude, with no greeting what do ever. He man who was in here was alone and making others tea. This is Fine. But the fact that he was not polite at all, after waiting 5 minutes, let’s me know to never give another dollar to this place.
Presotea had decent reviews so I decided to come and try it out on this hot summer day. I walk in and there was a long line with only one worker working. I recognize that it was probably overwhelming for him, but he was pretty slow paced, which made me think the store was understaffed. I waited 15 minutes to place an order, then another 10 for my drink (thai milk tea). The thai milk tea didn't even taste like thai tea. It tasted odd- like a weird black tea. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.
Love love love Presotea on Huebner!!! This is my go to comfort bubble tea place when running my errands. Love the employees \\u0026 owner..always super friendly \\u0026nice. I usually call in my complicated order that consists of a minimum of 2 almond milk cremé brulee Matchas that come with red beans, we add bobba, avocado \\u0026 cheese foam.. not only do they ALWAYS get it correct but they usually recognize my voice over the phone \\u0026 they know what I want! My mom \\u0026 I are addicted to this...and it always taste super fresh \\u0026 the place is always clean. This place is definitely a must!!
Loved the cozy atmosphere and decor. The folks working was very kind and the drinks was very tasty!
The staff were really friendly ! Loved the decorations too ! The only downside is the cup they serve. It comes with plastic cover and no lid for hot beverages...
never had boba but got the milky coconut and was in LOVE. i get milky coconut and milky strawberry with boba when i can. they are to die for ! ladies are both super nice and friendly ! highly recommend!
This place has such a good vibe everyone here is really nice and EVERYTHING is delicious
