I originally went to the drive-thru with two cars in front of me. The line wasn't moving waited 7 minutes so I parked and went in. There was one other customer in front of me that asked for Mac n cheese but it would take 15 minutes for it to be ready....It helped me decide to get my 2 chicken sandwiches with no sides and go. The clerk made them in front of me and they were delicious, just short staffed and slow.
Absolutely horrible service. Drove up to the drive thru to order a sandwich, was told there was a 12 min wait for sandwiches, ok no big deal, then I proceeded to change my order and order something else, in the middle of which I hear the worker start talking to someone else on the mic, not acknowledging or repeating my order, had no idea if she hears it or if/when she was talking to me or her coworker..after about 30 secs of waiting and confusion I just left. Absolutely zero sense of care or urgency. Ended up waiting in line at Bill's next door, 100% better service.
We placed a online order ~ Pulled up to the drive thru ~ I informed them I there for a pick up of an online order ~ Response was ~ Male Vouce ~ Yeah, we are still working on it because we just got it, pull to the window. ~ pull to window ~ Female walks up, and attempted to ask if a had a certain order, male yells, No that's the online order. She apologized ~ Then proceeds to get the drinks. Male is making comments and saying other things, Female is just laughing away. ~ She hands me drinks and a couple minutes after hands me a huge bag. ~ Thank yous exchanged and I drive home.I get home and 1/3 of the order is missing. Call to inform them of the items missing, 1 Chicken sandwich, an order of Butterfly shrimp, a side Mashed Potatoes and the dessert we ordered ~ we were told, oh I gave you another popcorn shrimp. ~ we ask ~ what about the other items missing. Same response, I gave you a Popcorn Shrimp. ~ We repeat The 4 items missing ~ Response, We don't do those anymore. ~ Apparently, No More Butterfly Shrimp, and then No More Benoits. Just rude Response after rude response from a male voice. Female voice comes on, apologizes and asked what was missing. ~ Questions what was missing again and then finally acknowledges what was missing with male repeating ~ I gave them a popcorn shrimp. ~ which was not even comparable to what was missing.With the missing items and the rudeness, made for a unpleasant meal. ~ I would have given 1 star ~ but the female on the phone was helpful overall.

2nd time giving this location a chance. First the team had issue running drive through and had to regroup. We and my other vehicles just left. 2nd time here, long wait. car in front of us orders and we pull up. No one ever answered the speaker said hello multiple times and drove off to 1604 location. Proper drive through asks for a moment instead of not answerikg for 5 minutes or more.
Good customer service over at this location! Food was on point! Cynthia had the order And it came out great! Keep up the good work!
Ordered my food drove up and was told to drive up and wait fine then they came out and told me the chicken was going to be 9mins we 30mins . Seven cars got there oder after me . What are yall cooking the chicken one at time. You do know that yall is sell chicken .
Of course the 1 star is because i had too in order to leave a review and also for the half A×× smile we got from 3 employees combined.Our chicken sandwhiches were not spicy at all but that wasnt the issue. I asked for extra ranch and ketchup and got 1 pack of Ranch like if they are deducting this from their pay. Also when I was leaving I asked can I also get some napkins please. The skinny tall old man walking from the kitchen area let out a sound like if he was sooo bothered lol and I didnt notice but also they couldnt put straws in my bag but that was my mistake I should have asked for that as well! No customer service and the way she dragged herself around was pathetic.
I actually go out of my way to come to this location on Bandera and Guilbeau.The Staff is great and Larry is very Professional and Courteous. He always make you feel like you are family. Great job guys, keep up the great work!!!
Excellent customer service and order came out out lickity split. Manager Diane was very nice.
