Usually it's ghetto or rude people at Popeyes. However, this one in rittaman has a Diamond in the rough. Manny the manager...he has his staff smiling and hustling making orders. He double checked mine and was working alongside his staff to expo and keep the flow up. I appreciated the work all of the crew did and you can just feel a positive productive vibe out the place. I'll be back soon.
Want to thank the staff and manager that was on duty. I had previously left another location cause I had waited 15 min in the drive thru and it was NOT moving. So I went to the next closest one. Though I thought I had to wait 30min, I did6see the point in going back to the other location. The gentleman told me what they were out of, but had chicken but he told me it was sitting there about 30 min. I told him just to charge me for the number 3 and that I would wait in the parking lot. Then I went ahead and took the chicken he had, simply I didn't want to wait for spicy chicken. And he didn't even charge me for the drink. They were awesome way better than ww.white rd...
The customer service was awesome!! Miss Sherri was super polite and helpful and the manager on duty (didn't get his name) was also really nice!! I got my food really fast and it was delicious!! (I'm pregnant and have been craving spicy chicken all day!!)The place could've been a little cleaner, but I think it was shift change and the drive thru was busy.
This place needs a lot of help. It always takes forever to get your order. I ordered a 2 piece chicken and it took over 20 to 30 minutes to get it. It wasn't because they were frying more, it's because they are ALWAYS short handed.
The good. The shift manager at the window this evening, 3/7 (evening) was nice or as nice as she could be under the circumference this location often poses. It's often problematic at this location as you can tell from the road.That's it for the good. Waited 15 minutes on 12 chicken nuggets. Got the food and no sauces that I asked for were in the bag. Mac and cheese had been there "a while". My spicy chicken 2 piece white was a dark and mild. Guy that brought the food didn't take two seconds to say is that everything or have a good night before he had to run off to deal with his other task. To make matters worse there were NO utensils and NO receipt!!!! She gave me my debit card back at the window and I assumed the receipt would be with the bag (reasonable assumption) and nothing.My diet coke was a flat warm tea EVEN after I asked her to verify that it was a diet coke instead of a tea. She says "I thought I told you that my ice machine was out of ice". After reading the reviews and a hunch I poured the tea out and omg the cup was rancid.I'm appalled.
Nothing but a bunch of rude employees, I left with no food or anyone to take my order, the staff were arguing in front of customers and the manager was telling his interviewer that there was drama in the store. That’s super unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location ever again. Ps everyone they don’t wear gloves or wash their hands after touching doors, faces and hair…. Nasty and ghetto
Popeyes has the best chicken but here lately the lines are so long and I don't know why when the chicken is already done
This store has the rudest people working here. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 12:48 PM, Number 15. When I arrived they were on order number 7 and that customer Saud he'd been there for 30 minutes already and a lady behind the counter started yelling at him. The manager had to push the lady to the back office to shut her up. Rudest people I've ever seen in any food place. The head manager was working on the fryer because it had quit working. I was there for 45 minutes and the fryer still wasn't working. Then the assistant manager asked me what my order was and I told her my number was 15. They couldn't find my order on the computer. She told the other lady behind the counter this is happening all the time. If the main Manger knows this, and the fryers are always breaking down, then this manager needs to be fired. And the rude assistant manager.
Had the worst chicken sandwich today. It was definitely cooked in old oil. I couldn't get through the 1st bite without tasting burned oil. The customer service is always horrible at this location at least the food could be better.
This place is horrible. They should just shut this restaurant down. Not only did I have terrible customer service. They don't care about anything. To top it off don't expect your food for at least 30 minutes to an hour hopefully it'll be hot. The manager here is atrocious.
