This location is trash! Customer service sucks, the inside has tons of food on the floor and trash. Then they tell you the chicken is going to take 13 minutes and end up waiting like 30. Workers are eating and drinking right next to the fountain drink on the drive thru AND filling up the drinks. I get it it’s summer and they seem to be going teenagers but man they need to act professional.
I've gone here a handful of times and it's not been a good experience for different reasons every time. From restaurant cleanliness, to incorrect orders, to waiting an obscene amount of time for a single side (15+minutes) - it's probably better to go to one of the other chicken spots within half a mile of here. Whoever's managing this restaurant needs to be replaced
Went today at lunch time (around noon). Was busy but line moved smoothly. I thought the food was delicious. The pieces were large not like I remember when going to another location. The food was fresh, hot and plentiful. The service was excellent and though busy the cashier was so patient and friendly. Definitely will go back to this location.
I was surprised how small the chicken pieces were. Normally Popeye's chicken pieces are small, however, this was like the parts of baby chicken. I ordered the spicy chicken and it was not spicy like normal. Also we tried the regular and spicy fish sandwich. Both were terrible. I wouldn't buy again. Popeye's is normally very tasty. This visit was fair at best.
Really disappointed. Went through the drive-through. They have those really frustrating digital menus that change before you can read them. When you can see them before you order its okay, but when you can't see them until you're at the order box...When I got my food I paid and then got my drink. The guy barely talked to me and was in the middle of a conversation with a coworker. He had to come back and ask me if I got my food. I had tried several times to ask for condiments, but he would never stop to see if I wanted anything.Finally got my food and asked for my condiments (glad I did as there was no sauce in the bag)Fries were warm, but not hot.Finally finished my meal and found I had no napkins.So, only slightly warm fries, no napkins, no sauce unless I asked. Sandwich was only good part of the experience. Oh, and they were not busy at the time I went. Oh, and no straw for my drink.

Ordered a sandwich and it was missing the sauce, lettuce and pickles. Just a piece of fish in a bun after a 10 minute wait in drive-thru. The chicken is hit or miss- sometimes super greasy and overcooked, other times perfect.
This location is the absolute WORST. My family and I were here in San Antonio for spring break. We stopped here for "to-go" dinner. We made it all the way back to our Airnb only to discover half of our order was missing. I immediately called back up to this location to inform the manager (Robert) . Being aware that Popeye's is now one of many chains that deliver, I asked Robert to have the remainder of our order delivered. He declined and stated that I would have to drive back over to pick it up myself. After informing him that we were out of town guest and extremely tired from SeaWorld, he again stated that he would not have the order delivered.
Orders the 3 spicy tenders on 2/7/2022, at around 12:25 pm and they were cold, like they have been cooked almost 1 hour ago cold. Threw them away and ate something else. Disappointed
Do not order unless you are close they make the orders when you order on the mobile app I drove through the drive through told them my order number and name and the bag was already packed and ready to go...great... but the fries cold and sides were lukewarm because it took me about 10 minutes to drive there to pick up the order.
