Very disappointed at the service, whatever you do, DO NOT order to go, missing ranch, chips, wrong sauce on wings. Went back in girl didn’t care, like if I was asking for a favor to correct it, she was reviewing my receipt like if I was lying, never again!
We’ve visited this location before and have never been disappointed however on this early Tuesday evening it was terrible. We waited about 10 minutes before our waitress came to our table. Put in our drink order which consisted of waters for a group of 5, 2 beers and 2 chocolate milks. It took about another 15 minutes before we received only waters! Apparently they were out of chocolate milk?? Sat around another 10 minutes and still no beers. I had to chase down our waitress at the bar to ask her about our 2 beers. After a few minutes they finally came out.Our cups of water looked very worn. Almost as if someone was biting them. They shouldn’t be using these nasty looking cups. One of the TVs wasn’t working properly. Do better!!!We asked for to go boxes a long with the check after we were finished eating. Waitress came back to confirm if we wanted to go boxes and the check 10 minutes later. This is unacceptable. Worst experience EVER.
Horrible service, long wait, and the wings were average.
We come to Pluckers a lot because my son loves Pluckers but our experience did not go well today. We even signed up for the Pluckers club because we come so often but I hope we never have a visit as bad as today.We ordered our meal and waited for over an hour and when they came with the meals finally, they only brought 4 out Of 8 of our party’s meals. We waited another 15 minutes and our waitress came by and we inquired that we had not gotten all our food and she said that it would come soon. Soon later though, the manager I believe came and said there was a mix up and that the full order didn’t go through and they would get our order soon. The wings for the three other members of our party arrived but my order still took another 25 minutes. Everyone was pretty much done with their meals when my food finally arrived and at that point, I was not hungry anymore either. I didn’t even touch my sandwich.The service was not good and I don’t write reviews but to spend over 2 hours waiting for a chicken sandwich was not really worth it.
The sauces are amazing, haven't tried them all, at least not yet but so far so good.
The food and service was good! I'm more of a Wing Stop fan myself (don't know the chicken is just better) but liked that this place had a lot more options to select from! It was a big hit overall and the price was reasonable! We will be returning soon!
First time in Pluckers and I can honestly say this one was the best experience (McDermott Freeway). You have a choice of checking in before you arrive which was great but we did not have to because there was no waiting line. Kerry was a wonderful waitress, great personality and was checking on us constantly even though she had other tables to tend to. Food was great and the fried pickles were DELICIOUS. We will be back and we will bring more people with us. Thank you Kerry for wonderful service.Aurora...
Place was very busy but they took good care of us. Food all came out at once and it was hot! The server was very attentive and had a great attitude.
