This was my first time here and I went with a friend. We went around noon so there was no rush at all and we got the full attention and service we needed. We order the carpaccio as an appetizer it was delicious. The we had a salad with caramelized walnuts and it was perfect. For our main entree we ordered the roasted chicken with mash potatoes and broccolini on the side and it was son point. You know that Texas portions are always big so we split everything in half and it was plenty for both of us. Lastly we got the tiramisu with Baylee’s on the side. The ambiance was good and closest to dinner they dimmed the lights and put candles on the tables. Delicious fresh food with great ambiance and good service: definitely coming back! Well done and be sure I’ll try dinner soon!
We liked this place so much that we went back three times in the space of three weeks. We just had to take everybody we knew there. The best part of this place is the sourdough bread and oil and vinegar dip. It is not complimentary (but it's infinitely affordable at $3), but it is well worth the price. The bread comes out super-hot and the oil and vinegar is amazing! They clearly use top-quality oil and balsamic vinegar, but they also add some seasoning and it is all so tasty. We are clearly not the only ones who think so, either, since they sell it by the bottle to take home with you (although they were sadly sold out on all three of our visits). My complaint with most Italian places is the lack of variety. I can't eat tomatoes, and usually, there is only one option on the menu without red sauce and it is chicken alfredo. This place bucks that trend, too, with a delicious lemon cream sauce and a sumptuous parmesan cream sauce. They are also very accommodating and will put any sauce on any dish you wish. I took advantage of this by substituting the parmesan cream sauce on their rigatoni and it was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten. My wife got the Bibb salad on two of our visits because she liked it so much. It is an entire head of Bibb lettuce and has the very unique preserved lemon dressing and an incredibly generous helping of goat cheese. We also tried the Parmesan-crusted chicken breast, Baked goat cheese, and Penne with walnut-arugula pesto. Everything is amazing and the bill is always surprisingly inexpensive. We will absolutely be back the next time my parents are visiting.

My daughter and I celebrated Mother’s Day at Piatti’s. As soon as we stepped a foot in the door to dining, it was a wonderful experience for us. We had to wait like 10 minutes to be seated (busy day) and we took the time to explore the bar area. I ordered myself a Strawberry Basil Mule and a Berry Lemonade for my daughter. Jesse was our server at the bar and he was awesome. The food was fantastic, our server Joshua was attentive and friendly, and the restaurant of course was beautiful. A very successful day for us!! I would definitely recommend it. Thank you, Piatti! :)Starter1/2 Loaf of Bread with Olive oil and Balsamic vinaigrette for dipping (Yum yum)Entrée*Chicken Alfredo* Penne Grilled Chicken, walnut arugula pesto, grilled asparagus. (I opted out of Penne for Angel Hair pasta instead)Drinks*Bellini* Strawberry Basil MuleDesserts* Tiramisu*Chocolate ganache
Was really good service and the food tasted amazing, but I wish it wasn’t so crowded back to back tables and the portions are really small for pricing.
Everything about our meal at Piatti was great. We dined outside. Our server, Christian was very knowledgeable about each dish on the menu. He was attentive and kind. Christian was probably one of the best servers we have ever had and we dine out frequently. The meal was fabulous! We had carpaccio, sweet potato breaded trout, herb arrosto half chicken and frutti di mare. The only thing left on any of the plates was the chicken bones. Coffee after our meal was accompanied with a small biscotti which was the best I have ever had and we all shared an order of tiramisu. The evening was absolutely perfect! The four of us would highly recommend Piatti for a wonderful dining experience.
Had reservations for 6 for a birthday gathering that they were completely unprepared for. Why we got crammed together on a 5-top rounder right next to the hostess station I’ll never know. Food was mediocre at best. Spaghetti was bland, the wedge salads were completely awful. During dinner, we kept getting asked if we were through with items when clearly we were still eating them, making us feel rushed to leave. The final straw was the “employee mandated” surcharge (3%) added to my bill. After asking to talk with a manager about it, the server simply removed it with no one attempting to explain. I will NOT be returning, and it’s a shame, as we used to love the place.
All the food is delicious, fresh, and beautifully plated!! The bar is great and service topnotch!
This place is special to us. We first came December 4th 2020 to do our gender reveal small and intimate for first time parents during Covid and it was great! We visited again on February 13th,2022 it was great agian we ordered the same plates a pizza and spaghetti it was absolutely to die for the first time. Our second time it was good but the spaghetti seemed very spicy for some reason this time we couldn’t really eat it. Overall it’s great. Family friendly and price is great.
Excellent food. Dark interior makes for ambiance, I guess. I had enough belief in the place to eat the calamari, which I never eat. Trying to be more adventurous . I think they used the whole cube butter for the Alfredo. No room for dessert, though which is my favorite.
