Very relaxing, pleasant and wonderful experience!I really enjoyed coming here. The location was very clean and the waitresses we're very respectful and nice. I felt comfortable and taken care of very well.The food is good! I loved the effort they put into it and I everything was fresh. The meat was thoroughly cooked and not overdone. The vegetables were good. And their boba teas are satisfactory.I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking food a quick bite to eat. Pad thai was bland and a heavy taste of Chile powder. Waitress refused to replace the meal and made us feel like we did something wrong! Peanut sauce was really salty. Can't say I would recommend this place. They need to change their attitude towards customer service!!!
I have got to say that every time we get food from here it is always fresh and very very very good. The time that it takes for them to make it fresh is about 15 minutes and you can pick it up and it’s nice and fresh and ready to eat. Love this place and would totally recommend it.
Man I love pho but this was lack luster. There are better options within 2 miles. Seems they have regulars that the cater to as well. Drink to 20 minutes to arrive.
If you’re in the Live Oak, Universal City or Converse area and you haven’t tried Pho La, you’re in for a great treat. Especially during the winter time I’d suggest having their seafood pho, it’s just got that Spirit - I always seek out Spirit and Soul when I look for Asian cuisine and by God, it’s here.Not all pho is created equally. This pho is worth having. Great service, great prices, great atmosphere (I’ll always have a place in my heart with seeing the little elephant statues that are in their dining area, because they’re almost identical to statues my mom has ).Try their drunken noodles, summer rolls, and lemongrass chicken too. Wasn’t as crazy about the pad Thai, but it’s good too.
I must have went closer to the end of the night . It was around 6:30ish . The beef and broccoli smelled like old grease ,and didn't taste like the stir fry flavor I'm accustomed with . The rice was old and hard .I'm kinda of disappointed I didn't take good down to cook because I'm still hungry.The egg roll was okay . The older lady at the front was kind of short and rude . Maybe I should have had the soup that everyone inside was having. Overall not great.

The price change from lunch to dinner is kind of ridiculous since you pay more for the same SMALL portion of food. Now I'm not looking to feed a village with one plate but the amount could be more generous. As far as flavor goes...it's lacking. Nothing extraordinary.
