I have frequented this restaurant for 5 years. It used to be run by a tight knit family who had fantastic recipes.I am sure some of the recipes were shared when they sold the restaurant, but the new owners and cooks have no clue what they are doing.Rolls were not properly prepared, the vermicelli was soggy and the lemongrass beef was not caramelized or properly seasoned. It's really a simple dish, but it was butchered.Considering how much I used to enjoy the pho, I can't bring myself to go back and see what they've done to it.

Pho ha long, I know you are under new ownership and it's a family run restaurant. You need to get with the previous owners to audit or show you what issues you're having. This was the #1 place in town and since new ownership we've been twice with poor quality food. I'm writing this review not to hate on the business but because I truly want you to succeed and become great again. The pho broth seemed greasy, the meat was very very chewy and fat, and the fried egg roll was inedible because it tasted half fried or stale (it was literally 2 different colors). I'm writing this representing many people who loved this restaurant and have told me that they are no longer returning because they noticed a difference. Please get with your nephew or the previous owner for help.

Had the beef combination pho. Very good. Didn’t like the meatballs in it though. Good service.

This place overall was ok. The place is fairly clean. Bathroom could use some work, start with the walls. There’s aluminums coated foam boards all over the windows so that’s kind of odd. Chopsticks are the cheapest you can buy, real thin ones. They give you lemon instead of lime, never got lemon with pho until tonight, didn’t like it for the simple fact lemons seeds got in my soup. Also didn’t provide any cilantro. I got the pork and shrimp spring rolls with peanut butter sauce, I wouldn’t order them again, they used iceberg lettuce inside instead of the deep green lettuce, tasted really cheap. Kind of an overall cheap experience. The pho has fairly decent flavor, so that’s why it gets 4 stars, and, I hope the owners read the review and make adjustments, they’re working hard to make a living…so, 4 stars, but the rest of the experience falls below my standards. My fave is still Pho4U!

I've been twice in one week so far. Let me tell you don't let the building or area fool you. I've had the pleasure of enjoying 2 bowls of Pho so far, chicken and the picture attached is vegetable Pho with beef broth. ? you can taste the full flavor of true beef bone broth, I was so impressed by the fresh veggies and spring rolls are so tasty, you will not regret. The owner and employees are all very nice always offering extras for your soup and never letting your cup go half empty. ? I will return , prices are reasonable as well

I enjoyed this restaurant, but I wish I could give a 4.5 rating instead of4.5 stars for me is incredible tastes, reasonable price, and large size portions. Although this place had all of those, the meat and stake pho was very lacking on the protein. There were very few pieces, as you can see in the picture, and the pieces were very thin. There was tons of broth and noddles, both of which were amazing, but I wish there was a better protein portion. On the other hand the veggie and tofu pho was full of protein and veggies. Perhaps I just got a particularly small portion, so I will give benefit of the doubt, but I was disappointed. The spring rolls were delicious tho, and the peanut sauce was amazing!Overall, okay pho restaurant. The portions are pretty large but the flavor is nothing special. The lack of meat was disappointing, but if that’s changed I think it would be a pretty good spot.

This is one of my favourite spots. We came by for bun bo hue but the pig's blood were out of stock. It was a lIttle disappointing, but we had no choice but to get something else. Dragons noodle were another one of my favourites, and they were decent. The sauces provided for our spring rolls were highly insufficient and we waited a long while before someone could get us more.Everyone's still really friendly but the service was slow and we felt a little neglected due to that. Wish the server would come by a little more often to ask if we needed top off drinks and if everything was OK.I understand it's gonna take awhile for the business to get back on track under the new management, so we will be back again sometime!

Excellent service and outstanding food. Very impressed. Wow

Tried this quaint Pho spot today for a quick lunch. I ended up getting the medium pho with beef and fatty brisket in spicy beef broth. I really liked that the veggie toppings (which included bean sprouts, lime, spinach and jalapenos) were separated onto their own plate, allowing you to customize how much of each you want to put in your bowl.I also got the pork and shrimp spring rolls, forgetting I was at a Vietnamese restaurant for a moment, and boy was I surprised when they came to the table. Chocked full of lettuce, carrots, noodles, and meat in a soft rice wrapper these spring rolls are authentically Vietnamese and come with a peanut sauce on the side. Their egg rolls are the traditional fried wrappings you find in most other restaurants.Service was polite and fast. We were seated, fed, and out the door in 35 minutes. If I had to do it over again, I'd order the large instead.
