Was there this evening with family and friends. We ate. Pizza was okay. Then we ordered the dessert pizzas to enjoy. We recieved the boxes with the desserts and EVERY SINGLE BOX had little baby roaches. 4 boxes mind you. Needless to say we took them back and I'm hoping I get my money back. But just be cautious. There is something not being done or cleaned if little baby roaches are all over the counter you box the pizzas in. ALOT of money was spent this evening and we are all afraid to be sick. Be cleaner please. This could end very badly.
Jenika was our party host on Saturday April 9 and she was AMAZING. Attentive, polite, accommodating...I could go on and on. Other parents at the party commented how phenomenal she was. I work customer service and she is EXACTLY the type of person I want on my team. If you reserve a party, finger crossed you get someone like her. Give the girl a raise and all the kudos for doing such a great job
The buffet offered plenty of hot fresh pizzas to choose from. Plus fresh ingredients to build your own salad. Unlimited drinks.
Customer service has gone downhill over the years, used to be professional. Now we got guys with attitudes at the prize desk making it seem like we are bothering them for doing what we are supposed to with tickets. Won't say names publicly here, but I'm sure Peter Piper Pizza employees know exactly who I'm talking about. Don't dine in here.
The guy at the prize station (Ricardo) told my sister in law “I know you didn’t have 400 tickets” when I gave her the receipt with a little over that amount. Worker was very rude and unprofessional, never apologized. Proceeded to give his co workers a different story claiming we were aggressive. All we told him was that we didn’t appreciate him saying that to a 10 year old. We come here frequently and have never had a bad experience until tonight. Lots of tables were sitting with trash for a long period of time.
Did a birthday party for the first time on 2/19/22 they didn't explain to me how it works, they wanted to charge me for more kids than what I had my reservation. They don't separate the parties, to many people and I don't understand why they charge me for the drinking cups if I bought the jar of soda. The male guy that was supposed to be my host never informed me when he brought the pizza like he said and he would call my party to the table. He came to take the picture that was included in the package when we were finishing eating the cake. Just bad service but what I didn't like was he walk me to the cashier to pay my bill and told me to tip him would have to be cash and when I was paying to the cashier he stood there waiting for the tip.when I was ready to leave I had to ask another host for a pizza box for my left over pizza.
Was there for my grandsons birthday party. Very fun, nice, clean and organized. We had a great hostess and the kids had a blast
Nice place to come and grab some delicious Hott pizza and watch all the Baby Mommas walking around with there Muffin Tops hanging out. Makes you wanna grab and squeeze it and then take a bite out of it like The delicious pizzas here at Peter Piper Pizza ?
