Not to happy, with this place. The amount of chicken pictured and the amount I got is ridiculous. I'd post pics but this forum you can't. My daughter got a kids bowl and me the adult version. We got the same amount of chicken, but I just got alot more rice. Really?!. Food quality was ok, but better off just going some where else. Definitely rethink this as a no, if option come up again.s
Sad to say Pei Wei has gone downhill. Used to really enjoy PeiWei. Portions are notably smaller. Everything so doused in oil it’s uneatable.Ordered Mongolian Chicken add broccoli, with fried rice-no bell peppers please put rice on the side. I specified on the side… separate… separate container.The wait time was not long. The server was friendly but brought my dish with the rice buried under the Mongolian chicken so swimming in sauce that it was like a rice soup. Also no broccoli was added to the dish either. The fried rice was also made with the brown rice. I’m guessing they thought I wouldn’t notice underneath all the sauce.The server returned quickly with a second fried rice. It was soooooo oily it was not enjoyable at all. Couldn’t eat it. My husband dish was the same way. Super oily. Very little chicken. I wish I had taken photos.This location also never picks up the phone for pick up orders. If they do… they hang up on you.
I've eating at Pei Wei for several years and enjoy the food, however just like everybody else, prices are going up and portions are getting smaller. They shrunk the serving vessel to make it look full, but they are using less protein and using more rice as a filler. Disappointing frankly.
The new sesame chicken is great. We did take out for Valentine's, and it was perfect
Bistro food at fair pricing. I love the cauliflower option in place of rice. Chef Tila dishes are superb.
I have been going to this location for 15 years. Over the last couple years they have downgraded every single thing. For instance they had thick white napkins, Drink station with every kind of drink out there, free fortune cookies, and the best chai tea anywhere. They have literally gotten rid of all of these things.On top of that they totally changed the recipe for tiedydynamite chicken. I used to love it and I could barely eat it this time. I have probably been here 80 times but with this will be the last time to ever visit this location. Going to look at the other locations and see if they are any different.

Food is great but there isn't much personality there or just interaction with people. We were helped quickly and the lady was nice. Great for in and out dining.Update: we went again...?♂️ like I said we love the food. This time these was much more personality. Not that they weren't nice the first or rude. It could have been an off day or even we came late in the day and they were tired. We came late in the day again and had much more upbeat atmosphere. The little things mean a lot to me I like feeling like the people running the place want me there and I definitely did feel that way this last time. Thanks for responding and reaching out to the manager please make sure to tell all the good things we said too so they know they are and have been doing a good job. I think constructive criticism is best. Good and bad gives a person hope and inspiration only bad makes a person shut down.
1:15 Lunch. Not very crowded, Food is so disgusting….. haven’t eaten here in years…. I think this trip cuts me off for life. 40.00 for lunch and can’t even eat it due to the overpowering soup they soaked it in!!!!!
Very impressed with the changes to their menu. A little smaller portions, lower cost, more options for vegetarian/vegan. Our last impression of Pei Wei was not good. I would highly recommend you revisit them. Casual but nice ambience. Great job PW!
