Location was super busy but service was fast.This was my first time visiting this location. I tried some new items I hadnt had before, the Japanese steak and shrimp, and the spicy tuna.The Japanese Steak plate was decent, flavor was good and had a lot of spice to it, but overall probably not something I would return for as it was just lacking something. It got my nose running though which is rare for items ordered directly off a menu.Then there was the sushi, when it came out it was really underwhelming. The color of the tuna seemed a bit off, and overall just looked unappetizing (you can look at the picture for yourself). The sushi flavor was pretty plain, had little to no spice and was pretty disappointing for being spicy tuna.The food was decent, prices were fair, but I probably wouldnt order sushi here again. This place is pretty good I prefer other Asian restaurants but this one’s not bad I wouldn’t rush back but I would go back
Love this place.. Was very appreciative by the Manager Angela...she always recognize my wife and I when we walk in.. She is outstanding and very kind and professional.. this time she treated us on a meal.. Amazing and very thankful.. we always play it forward..Thank you Ms. Angela!!! Horrible service.We waited 20 minutes, for just 1 simple order General Tsoe chicken, no drink. It was only 2 people in the restaurantWe have to ask for our money back, it's a shame. If you're really hungry or in a rush ... This is NOT a restaurant for you.So sad, we're from out of town and we was craving Pei Wei ... but not anymore.
Menu looks good, gonna have to try it someday…
I had ordered takeout twice in the last 2 weeks. The first order I had the Chicken Chow Mein and Chicken Fried Rice. Did not even get the right food, chow mein was right but I got orange chicken or something instead of the chicken fried rice. I called and explained and they happily refunded but it still didn’t get me satisfied. Also the chicken chow mein was tasteless. I ordered takeout on more time and got the new spicy drunken noodles. It was the right order and tasted pretty delicious. The worker that gave me my order seemed that he hated his life and everyone in it though.
Alejandro delivered my food in a record time.Very polite. Was not able to give a tip because I don't keep cash. Maybe something to add when checking out ?

Sadly the chicken only tasted of oil since there was no sauce/flavor. The noodles also didn’t have any flavor and were half cooked. My husband and I have eaten pei wei in the past but I think this will be our last visit.
Food is good service was ok. Kind of stand offish. Haft to say th fact they offer gluten free products. For people with the allergies.
