We absolutely love Pasha! It’s an amazing experience every time we come. We usually order the mushroom kabab, dolma, and pasha potatoes as appetizers. The dolma are a unique take on the typical dish and definitely worth trying. We also enjoy the various teas. I’m a big fan of the pomegranate tea and my wife likes the rose tea. The Sultan’s Kabob shareable dish has become one of our favorites and is an enjoyable date night experience if you don’t mind sharing across three various plates. Service is phenomenal and the staff is always so friendly for both dine-in and take out. This is an easy favorite, with great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and wonderful service. Highly recommend!
Had an amazing lunch today!Such a lovely staff and clean restaurant.Environment is relaxing bright.Food was fresh, and very delicious. All staff was so attentive and aware of table needs. Family friendly, various seating options. Highly recommend will definitely return ❤️
This is a great Mediterranean restaurant! You are welcomed with fresh pita just off the oven, with oil, feta and spices. The pita is unlimited so they will keep bring it as you request. The cauliflower appetizer was ok tho. The texture was great, and cooked just right, but it was missing some flavor. It seemed like they were holding back on the spices. We had a similar experience with the potatoes. Cooked great but lacked a bit of flavor. The plate themselves were great. The falafel was exceptional! This was really full of flavor. Crispy on the outside and fluffy and airy interior. The gyro plate was gigantic! It came with hummus, and a salad. Salad was okay, but with the dressing was pretty good. The gyro meat again lacked a bit of flavor in my opinion, but the portion more than made up for it.We also Gad multiple servers which were attentive and kept bringing stuff. Really nice staff.Overall, I enjoyed this place, portions were huge and fairly priced, but I wish they didn’t held back on the spice. It was just missing that little extra to make it perfect.
Place was spacious, open and bright by natural light. Upon arriving we were seated immediatly. Our bread and dipping oil with seasonings was brought out shortly after taking our drink order. We ordered the sample platter for two which easily fed 3-4! Food was delicious and a different experience, our 1st time there, we will return. Restroom was nice with a notable difference in more luxurious hand soap. Wee came in right before lunch hour but it quickly filled up. Thanks!
Best middle eastern food in San Antonio. The food definately has a more Persian bias vs other places that hedge more Turkish. The koobideh kabob is better than others that I've had here, and the steak kabob is done very nicely. The portion size is good, and the complimentary pita with olive oil/spices/cheese is a nice touch. For $16 for an entree, you can't go wrong!
4.5 is my rating. The food is yummy ? Naan is the best even my daughter kept eating it. Loved the cauliflower and moussaka. I’ve tasted better better potatoes and dolma but liked the rice and hummus. Service was quick and good. The prices are reasonable.the owner is truly great. He was helping all his servers and even sweeping. We will definitely visit again.
Really good food, prices are fair, and the service is good.
Everything was delicious and fresh, and we had some good leftovers to take home as well.
Delicious food! Large servings. The bread initially served was so soft and went perfectly with the feta cheese. The beef shawarma plate was enormous. I couldn't even come close to finishing and will have a delicious snack for lunch!
The reason for this poor review is because of the poor customer service we received tonight after we got so disappointed about the Pasha restaurant. Me and my family always eat out especially in Mediterranean restaurant Pasha because we love the Mediterranean food. I always appreciate a good service but can’t see mistreating customers and disrespect the value of a customer. We stopped by Pasha tonight to have dinner before we get home as my wife and I love Persian food. First a waitress whose name was Fatima if I was not wrong came to take our order but because we had just arrived and needed few minutes to think what we want to order we asked her respectfully to give us few minutes to check the menu. I asked the waitress Fatima about the olive oil and zaatar ingredients because her name was Persian and I thought she may knew what’s the spices used in Zaatar. Then we started looking at menu as she left us. we were waiting for almost 45 minutes so she comes and take our order as we were watching her walking around and serving all other customers even the ones just enter the restaurant but us. It gives me a disrespectful taste in front of my family and finally I called another waitress to ask her taking our order instead of the first one who left us waiting for almost 45 minutes and complain about the waiting time. She said the first waitress Fatima got so busy and forget about us while she was passing us multiple times but ignored us while she was going to anyone else’s table and ask them if they need anything. After a long waiting time the second waitress brought us our orders which was awful because the food was cold first of all. The koobideh kabab seems fall from skews and burnt both ends. Tomatoes were not baked at all rices taste stale and so messy and in one word it was one of my worst experiences in all restaurants I have been. I never complain or write a review for a poor customer service but this one was one of the worst because if I am supposed to tip a service I receive then I expect a good customer service and food quality and not something like this….!
