This store has a serious problem with double checking their orders…every time I order they miss something. So, this time around I called the store after placing my order to ensure they double check the items. The girl was very reassuring she would personally prepare my order. Got my order and they missed an entire entree…oh boy, I’m officially done with this location…
Unacceptable! This place has really grown a reputation for the lack of customer service. The servers always attempt to serve me the double entree when I ask for the single entree. Secondly, falafel needs to be prepared and served FRESH for every order. Once I took my to-go order home, I have then realized 3 of my falafels were solidified and hard as a rock.
I was really enjoying my food until I found multiple little black hairs….Please work on hygiene where the food is prepared. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to eat at this spot.
Usually, Pasha gets a 5 star review from me, but this particular order I got 3 orders of cauliflower, and received containers with 2 or 3 bites each, you could barely call it aside. However, service was great as usual and the bowl and wrap are amazing as always. Just a bit disappointed at the sides, which they usually fill much more.
I always make it a point to come out to Pasha Express on my trips to San Antonio. Although there are some rough points as far as service in this gem, the food is always on point. I've had their gyro, chicken & beef swarma; all of which were moist & flavorful. Their naan is served warm and is delicious if you prefer a wrap vs. a bowl. My largest complaint is their beverage choices, I wish that more options were available (half of their sodas were out or didn't work).
First time here with my fiancé we loved it . The staff was nice she gave us samples and the manager was awesome he advised us of the best sauces and gave us free fried veggie balls (idk what they are called) but everything was yummy !!!!! It was SUPER cold in there though take a jacket !!!!
One of my favorite places to eat. I prefer the actual restaurant locations, but the express is all the best parts close to home.
