I don’t recommend this specific location. Each time we’ve used the drive thru, the order has been messed up and the service rep was short and somewhat rude on each occasion. The most undesirable order is in the photo attached to this review. This is your typical Steak and White cheese sandwich order, but what you see is what we got. I give this two stars because when I called the store, the manager was very friendly and willing to correct the order. Unfortunately, we didn’t see this until we got home. I’d like to add, in comparison with some other reviews, many times we’ve came through here the store says they’re out of something such as bread bowls, Mac n Cheese, etc.
So great! Lunch break during training I came in for a pick two, soup and sandwich. Really the best of both! Fresh bread and soup. Quick and easy! Good price.
One of the healthy choices for a drive thru food. I had the Fuji apple salad with chicken salad. It was just enough to satisfy my hunger. They give you a piece of bread to go with it as well. You won’t go hungry for sure.
I ain't one to complaint but this iced coffee didn't work out for me to my favor. I was handed the ingredients. Otherwise the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich and lg. Mac & Cheese really redimed itself.

Usually I have a pretty good experience at Panera Bread. This review is specifically for this particular visit. I ordered multiple items to go. I absolute LOVE a good grilled cheese!! I decided to try their new menu item...grilled mac & cheese sandwich...in the car so that it would be fresh and hot...or so I thought! This was by far the absolute WORST grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had! 1) The bread was barely toasted. It maybe touched a grill for like 3 seconds. It was just like sandwich bread. 2) After the second bite, the mac & cheese inside was cold...like from the refrigerator cold! 3) The parmesan crisps that they put in the sandwich (I have no clue why) were hard and chalky! I didn't even know what they were. I had to go back and look at the menu to figure it out. The turkey sandwich that I ordered? The bread on that was ROCK HARD! I understand that all dining experiences aren't going to be perfect, but this was ridiculous. The turkey chili and the French onion soup were good. I will probably go to Panera Bread again at some point, but will NEVER order the grilled mac & cheese sandwich again.

Panera also has a rewards program on their app that is worth getting if you visit a few times a year.Panera offers several options for breakfast and lunch, from food to drink to dessert.Their bakery offerings are not large but those items sold are good. Their breakfast sandwiches are good and can be customized. The soufflés have to be ordered inside the store, as they are not offered on the app, but they are quite tasty. The bagels selection is not vast but the bagels are fresh. The coffee is also fresh and their hazelnut blend is good. Panera smoothies are also good as are the juices they serve.The lunch selection is good and ranges from soup to salads to sandwiches. Panera has childrens options and vegetarian options.Panera offers free WiFi so people can come to Panera and work or study in relative peace (as much as a restaurant can offer). The menu is affordable and restaurant is usually clean. Therefore, I recommend this restaurant
Last night was the third time that I have gone to Panera Bread , was in the drive through and was told they were out of the items I intended to order. It’s either they are out of soup or in last night’s case they were out of bread. Panera “Bread “ was out of bread. No bread bowls, no bread only apples and chips per the girl at the drive through. Three strikes you are out. Third time leaving the line empty handed. We will give another establishment our business.
Panera bread is still my favorite place 12 years later. I like the different array options you get here. Healthy and indulgent choices.. Carbs are my enemy. But the Green goddess smoothie helps me stay on track
Haven't had Panera in a very long time so wanted to try it out again. It was my partners first time there. Got to the drive thru, had to order three different kind of soups because "they were out". Okay, I understand with everything going on, I didn't mind. Then, when pulling up to the window, we received our order but no soup and no Mac and cheese we ordered but we only noticed the Mac and cheese missing which we did end up receiving. So my partner goes back inside to ask about the soup and who looked like the Manager told her, "we didn't give it to you because we don't have it". Well it would've been nice to know they didn't have that soup either so we could've ordered something else. Not only was he rude but ignorant and quick to get rid of my partner. Her Chipotle sandwich did not even taste remotely close to the description. We definitely want to give Panera another try but not at this location.
