Always good food. I had the Ceasars salad.
I love Panera. But this time, it was below average service. I felt bad for the lovely lady at the front all by herself. She was so overwhelmed with everything, and her coworkers basically said sink or swim and left her alone, she was brand new and wasn't sure where everything was.Panera had gotten my drink order wrong, and I went up to get it fix. She didnt know what to do and called someone up to help me. But instead of taking my order back and remaking it, they told me to just hold my drink and that they'd bring me the things I wanted for my drink. Which I found was very very odd.

I’m from out of town, so we don’t have a Panera. My friend and I decided to get delivery and whoever delivered didn’t even bring the correct order, so we went by. They told me they remade my order, which was great I appreciated that, but when I looked in the bag the bagels had been all burnt. I just decided to get a refund, but wow it was just really disappointing. Not even an apology.
We were both underwhelmed. The choice of half sandwich and soup is posted at $5.99. The sandwich bread was dry and falling apart and the turkey,bacon and avocado filling did not have much flavor as expected.The man who prepared our meals was on a ladder removing ceiling tiles over the prep area.The total was over 17.00 each from a 5.99 special.
I made an app order to curbside pick up, followed the instructions in the app food was ready nobody showed up, had to pick up at the store. When got home muffin and lemonade was missing, the most shocking surprise was the half, half, half tuna sandwich well could say bread, onion, lettuce and tomato… no tuna (pic attached) really bad when you come back starved from work…
Ordered and paid in-line for curbside delivery. Followed instructions. 10 minutes after promised time, no one had come out w/ my order or checked with us.(i drive a YELLOW Jeep) I finally went in and found my order sitting on the top shelf for rapid pick up. No assistance at all
I asked for extra sauce on my turkey bacon bravo and the gave me no sauce at all. Thanks for spoiling my lunch
Had a great experience today with Nicole!I did a mobile order and I mistakenly put a later time than I originally had thought. Well, Nicole pushed it through and I was able to enjoy my delicious soup & salad sooner than expected ?!
Placed online order, representative at the store confirmed it but state she didn't have it. She could not figure it out and wasted time. The manager in the back said it was our fault for not having a confirmation but the representative who took the phone order did remember taking the order and 2 employees couldn't lexplain what happened.. I had them re do the order .at no point did anyone apologize and my time has been wasted here.Update...manager is laughing in the back...she forgets we can hear her and her responses to the employees, that's how I know what she said about the order. Unprofessional group here
