You read reviews of complaints and you experience may differ: I have visited this establishment often and usually enjoy my meal. It took this one time for my preference to change on how I spend my hard earned money. My orange chicken and fried rice plate was horrible. The orange chicken was very very vinegary and tasted like apple cider vinegar with a cheap orange sauce, the fried rice was dry and contained many hard kernels in which after a few bites I stopped eating In fear of having to find a late night dentist.Unfortunately I have eaten and dined at some of the finest, chain and family owned places and this experience has made me list my interest in dining at Panda Express on culebra and 1604, again. My time, money and appetite will not be wasted by coming back. I gave two stars as our food was ready upon picking it up as it stated it would be. Credit where credit is due.
Good food, fast service. Only complaint the line is so long. They are always busy.
Ordered my usual meals online and for the third time my string bean chicken had less than 2oz. of chicken. The last order had less than 1oz of chicken.I will go elsewhere in the future to get a better value for my money.
This location is always on point. We have dined in, delivered via grub hub and done curb side pick up. We have a large family and the family Meal is more than enough for 2 adults and 3 kids.
STALE rice and fiery sweet chicken.? In fact, the chicken taated like freezer-burnt battered chicken nuggets. The rice was OLD, OLD, OLD. Very disappointed.
I am in love with the spring rolls and the orange chicken is the best. Everything I have hadhas been fresh and delicious. The employees are polite and helpful.
Really upset. Ordered my food through their app for delivery. When my food came I could smell the undercooked string beans. When I opened my order there was nearly any chicken ? I ordered 2 sides of string bean chicken and got all string bean. To be honest I wouldn’t have minded if they string beans were at least cooked through. Those were hard to eat.I’ve been trying so hard to give this location the benefit of the doubt since it’s the closes to me but they just keep on disappointing me. This is the 3
Jeremiah is an all-star! We originally ordered doordash, but they had given us the wrong ordered. So I contacted this location to see if they were willing to remake it since we were super hungry. Jeremiah answered and was super helpful and willing to remake it for me to pick up. I know for a fact that he could've said "Contact Doordash to resolve this issue" but instead he just provided exception customer service and made me and my wife's entire day. As a side note; when I arrived, there was a line almost at the door with customers so I know they're doing something right. Thanks for everything guys!

Placed an order on line, including 6 eggrolls, nowhere in line ask you if you want sweet and sour sauce, I assumed it will be included, NOPE, the kid that be gave me the order read it first but didn't ask if I needed anything, I had to go to HEB to get it, shame on you!!
