The food is OKAY - but this review is because of incompetent people who can not read and do not respect a homeowners wishes. We are an elderly residence with clearly visible posted signage to NOT leave flyers and this is the second time this restaurant has left a flyer tucked under our door mat. It is hard to step outside and bend down to retrieve these flyers. It is a simple request that unprofessional workers do not respect.
Make sure to double check your food because they don't always put it in then you have to drive back to pick it up because they don't have enough delivery drivers to take it to you when it's there mess up. And then they want to catch an attitude because I'm the one that's upset when they are the obes that messed up! Get your scrap together get people's orders correct
The BEST chinese food I've had in a really long time! I had the lemon chicken lunch plate, and omg, the lemon chicken was breaded so perfectly. Not too thick or too thin and not greasy at all. It had such a good lil crunch to it. I loved it!! It was perfect! And the rice was so freakin good! I'm super picky about fried rice. I've been trying out so many different Chinese restaurants, and none of them have been good. But this one was exactly the tastes I had been seeking. My favorite part is that they deliver to my area! I also wanted to mention that the inside of the restaurant is so nice! I love the panda walls! So instagrammable! The staff was so nice and friendly and answered all my questions. I was so curious about the milk tea. The photos of the milk teas look so delicious. I tried strawberry milk tea. It was ok. I think I would like to try the other flavors on my future visits, but the lil tapioca balls were good. This one is definitely my new favorite restaurant!!
Food was really good however for the lo mein, I taste a lot of the ginger. With my sweet and sour chicken sauce, it tastes a bit watered down. But overall the food is good.
I had the lemon chicken with fried rice and my husband had sweet and sour chicken and we were both very impressed. Great portions and very nice customer service. 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely be ordering take out again. Thank you for being awesome. ? oh yeah and try the cheesecake rolls. Heavenly.
How y’all gonna cancel my order?! The DD driver delivered to the wrong home and instead of remaking it like I requested, y’all canceled it. Gross customer service
They lied saying that the rice and egg roll come with the dish i had and i told him to point it out on the menu what came with it. 9.75 + tax was what i was expecting but not extra. Food taste like the place went broke and like if they found rashes of food somewhere for 20¢.
My wife and I went there for the first time the other night. We'd had a long and exhausting day moving our son into his new apartment. We just didn't feel like cooking. Thankfully, they were polite, fast, and the food was delicious! We rarely eat out anymore as we just don't find ourselves too satisfied with what we get in restaurants these days, especially for the price. Happily, I can say that we felt the food and service was well worth what we paid. What a delight, as we love good Asian American food.
First time trying, I stopped in waiting on a client in the parking lot. To my surprise, fresh, flavorful, hit the spot! Staff was friendly, I could surely take a trip across town to devour again.
It’s clear they have multiple different cooks with different cooking styles because the food is so inconsistent. Whoever the cook is tonight get rid of them! The food tonight was terrible ! This place is so touch and go. If they could keep it consistent they would/could have a great place. Lo Meir was so gross we tossed it. Fried rice had no flavor at all. Orange chicken was not good. I ordered before on July 31 and it was so good ! but tonight nope
