This is THE best place I've EVER eaten breakfast! Everything was great about the atmosphere, the service, the FOOD!!! Oh my word! My coffee was perfect, my sunny-side-up eggs were perfect, and my chocolate chip waffle was perfect!!! The staff were all friendly and amazing!!! Absolutely NOTHING to complain about!!! If we come back to San Antonio in the future we'll DEFINITELY be visiting Pancake Joe's!!! 10 stars in my book!!!

food was great. staff was very nice. I would come back.

the food was really good and the wait staff was very friendly looking forward to my next visit

The cowboy breakfast was delicious. Three eggs,, three biscuits with a lot of gravy, and your choice of sausage, bacon, or ham. Pancake Joe’s has everything that you could possibly want and more. Their pancake and waffle list is quite extensive. Their chocolate milk is made with Hershey syrup so you can decide how much you would like them to put in it. Definitely recommend Pancake Joe’s!

Ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich today, but it wasn’t made with French toast. I asked for ranch potatoes but was told that wasn’t an option for my plate…it was an option the last time I ordered it, and I really liked the plate then so I came back. It was a different experience today. The fresh fruit wasn’t fresh, so I really missed the ranch potatoes.

Great food! Nice size portions! Reasonable cost. Our sever Rhonda was great. Highly recommend! Don’t miss treating yourself to this amazing restaurant!

Very kind servers and staff!! Our server was kind and attentive and the food did not take an unreasonable amount of time to arrive from the kitchen. I ordered the Cowboy Breakfast, (Scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage)The eggs were fine, as was the sausage. The biscuits seemed nice but was hard to tell because of the gravy. Avoid the gravy. It was really really bad. Made me lose my whole appetite (first time ever)The gravy tasted more like an Alfredo sauce made with almond milk than gravy. Was also lukewarm when it came out, which is concerning reading other reviews which mention the establishment being dinged for improper storage of gravy in the past. Just avoid the gravy man. I’m sure the pancakes are alright.

I went there today and the food is really good oh my God the eggs Benedict and the pancakes are delicious...

This is a must for breakfast/brunch.I had the Boudin Omelette, but never really tasted the rice mix itself. However, it was delicious. You have whole shrimp, chicken, and sausage. It is covered in cheese, and a sauce that makes it slightly greasy like a chorizo, but overall an excellent dish. The hubs, and kids were pleased with their meals too. I wish we had gotten my 8 year old the kids meal pancakes though, since it was actually more than the short stack he got. Also, it included a meat, and egg.The service was great, and people were super friendly.

First and foremost absolutely wonderful service!!!! This was very refreshing this time of year. The food matched the service. My family and I were very happy and satisfied with our meals. I definitely recommend the Ranch Potatoes, but everything was good.
